More than a month has passed since the appointment with the therapist. The appointment was only for placing on the waiting list for a neurologist. I go to damomed. There is always a free and the closest available appointment with a doctor. The application does not allow you to sign up on your own. I took screenshots of the free recording several times and sent them to the local therapist on whatsapp. The answer is one-you are on the waiting list. So that I could not write a review for the appointment, the application removed that the appointment is being made. I would have already been told to go to a paid doctor. It is not clear if the queue on the waiting list is suitable at all. It was the same last year. Then they just wrote it down on some pieces of paper and with the words:We'll call you as soon as the queue opens. In short, receptions at the clinic are conducted for show. To receive money for services. They will write out a referral for tests, not to get to the doctor with the results. The specialist says that once a year, observation, analysis. And the therapist only offers a waiting list.My husband waited in line for a cardiologist. They called that the doctor was ill. The reception was moved to nowhere... Maybe, of course, this is the case in all clinics.

Oh... every time I have to go to the clinic, I feel stressed.
One of the last situations - I opened a sick leave, I was told to come to an appointment with a therapist (to extend /close a b/l) at a certain time from 10:15 to 11:15.
I was notified that there would be a first-come, first-served appointment, but by this time I see such a picture - a queue of 8 people, in which people are sitting for an appointment on a ticket and, like me, on a first-served basis. As a result, we agreed to go through one, but then more people came who were on the ticket and suddenly our design changed dramatically - we (people who are alive) had to wait for the end of the reception. What do we have in the end? Three lost hours of life in a queue to extend sick leave, in a not very pleasant physical condition and in addition with nervous worries about conflicts that people get because of the terrible organization of work.
The question is, why can't we just make separate reception hours for people with b/l? Apparently, the management staff enjoys daily scandals, otherwise I don't understand why they still haven't changed this system in any way.

A disgusting clinic with unqualified staff!. Today, at the 5th polyclinic, they refused to give me a 2-dose tetanus vaccine. Since there is no drug in the clinic. They refused to give a referral to another clinic or emergency room. After the accident, an X-ray was prescribed in 1 projection! I'm not a doctor, but I understand that with injuries and complaints, they always do it at 2!!! The radiologist was also shocked, the radiologist was good, he sent him to a traumatologist. Paramedics are useless! They can't give you a referral, or record you for an ultrasound, for tests, or a consultation! No one knows or can do anything! Moreover, I have been waiting for the opportunity to sign up for an ultrasound since June 20!! And they tell me that they are recording now from May 22, we have to wait another month. Why attach such a huge number of people to your clinic that it is impossible to provide services in full and decent quality!

They Google medicines and read about diseases from Wikipedia without being embarrassed by a specialist! It is impossible to get through to the call center, they give one information there, and another on the spot in the clinic. We passed the tests a week ago and there is no trace of them.It's just that the most basic blood test is just not ready. Although the period of tests from the date of taking is 10 days. today is 7 days and we don't even have them, but we have an appointment with a specialist. A person with health problems is forced to retake for a fee in another laboratory!!!
