The reception desk is disgusting... To make an appointment, you need to go through 100 circles of hell. I called from two phones, starting at floor 8 and barely got through around 9 ... then they are constantly busy, then when the beeps start ringing, no one just picks up the phone... It takes strong nerves to get through and make an appointment...
