A disgusting organization. Applications are not fulfilled, or they are performed poorly. You have to leave three requests for cleaning the poop in the entrance, they can't clean it! It feels like they are doing harm on purpose, continuous refusals on applications, or fictitious acts of waste, in which the work is done, but in fact, no one even came! It all depends on the people working there, the whole vertical, from the employee to the boss DO NOT WORK, they only receive a PO. Who is Yana Chaliapina, who gave 5 stars? Is she a relative of the chief of the ZHEs Chaliapin? The score is -5.

Making completely absurd decisions on the maintenance of courtyards. The lack of at least some planning for the future. Problems are not solved, but an application or someone's slander is simply closed using one method - a ban. Such "specialists" cannot be trusted to open barriers in the parking lot, let alone organize housing and communal services.

Oh, I love our housing department. Especially plumbers. We have one such frame, which is assigned to Matusevich's house 57. The house is old, the plumbing is the same. The first time I call a plumber, he comes, looks, writes on a piece of paper a quest that needs to be completed to get all the necessary artifacts to fix pipes and leaves, leaving his mobile phone number with a request to call him a second time, and not through the dispatcher. I'm starting my quest, I'm going to the markets that but sent me to, I'm looking for men with a pipe at the Chervensky market (where is Matusevich, and where is the market). I come home and call a plumber and it turns out that I bought the wrong thing. ;%№". There were a lot of such cases. And here's another one of my favorites. I called the plumber for the first time through the dispatcher, he came and said that I needed to buy a sealant. To my question "What kind of sealant" (as a person who does not fumble, I am interested in what it looks like and where to buy it), the plumber said "White or transparent". - Everything is clear, in short. Whatever. I went to the hardware store, bought a sealant and I accidentally caught sight of a sealant gun, which he didn't tell me anything about. Thank God I thought of calling the plumber and asking what he plans to squeeze out the sealant with, isn't it with my fingers? In fact, I also bought a gun. The gender of the trouble. I'm calling the plumber!through the dispatcher. He comes in and does all the work, I say thank you, and that's where the second part of the story begins. He looks at me with incomprehension as I don't give him money, but just say thank you. "And the payment?" - "What is the payment? I called you through the dispatcher." We fought for a very long time. I called the dispatcher on speakerphone with him and described the situation that a plumber came to me, whom I called, did the job and asked for money. To which the dispatcher says to me, "Does he ask a lot? Well, give it to me if you want." This is where my story with plumbers ended once and for all, now I trust my husband with this issue because I got tired and have no strength to do it. Thank you for your services to the public.
