Housing and communal Services No. 12, housing and communal services of the Oktyabrsky district, in my opinion, is the worst housing and communal services in Mogilev. I don't know if all housing in our city are so disgusting, as they say in the family, not without a freak, but mine is something with something.
So, in this organization you will be able to fulfill any of your "desires": write a complaint, be sure that your problem will be fixed and wait for this for a couple of years. To see the low level of professionalism of the workers, boorish attitude towards themselves and disgusting service. To hear on the phone, if you get through, bold answers to your questions, just to get behind. Here is my example.
I got through at 115 and left a request to change the "insides" in the toilet tank. On the same day, a plumber from housing department No. 12 by the name of Melikhov came. He looked around the front of the work and in a loud voice, with his head held high, announced the verdict: "The tank must be removed, everything inside must be changed! There is a lot of work. Spare parts for the tank cost 30 rubles, work costs 20 rubles. Give me the money, I'll buy it, and we'll work tomorrow." "I agree," I say, "But I'll buy the spare parts myself, you just tell me which ones, and I'll pay for the work through a receipt." And then, as they say, Ostap got carried away, he immediately changed his face, abruptly lost all interest in me and in work, quickly jumped out of the apartment onto the landing, without saying what exactly I should buy.
I shouted after the tactless middle-aged man: "So, what should I buy? And the echo of the stairwell of the third floor answered me – Fittings for the toilet drain tank, bottom eyeliner, button. The man himself, unwilling to work on the receipt, was no longer visible. In the evening, the master called, asked if there was a plumber. Well, you can say yes, but you can say no! I ask the master to apply for a plumbing job tomorrow, but not Melikhov and that I buy fittings myself and pay for the work on the receipt. Then the dispatcher called and assured that the plumber would be at 9:00 a.m.
The next day. At exactly 9:00 a.m., the plumber began to "conjure" over the drain tank in my apartment. When he saw my purchase of components, he immediately said that I had bought the wrong thing, then unscrewed something in the tank, puffed for another 5 minutes, turned off the water in the tank, said that he had a thick hand, he could not remove the tank, he almost had to destroy the floor of the wall. Then he gave good advice - to call a private person for advertising and also left, but promised that after lunch a guy with a thin wrist would come and try to do something.
That kid didn't come in after lunch. The dispatcher called again and was "pleased" that they could not solve my question. They have a huge number of calls, there are no people. Call a private trader, your tank is your headache. And she passed out. It's just awful! They were led by the nose for three days, promised for three days and did nothing. But I know the reason! You have to work right there! And the payment is out of pocket. I have one question, when will something change in housing services? Why do we need such housing units, to whom do we pay money? And most importantly, for what? Maybe it would be wiser to create partnerships that will be responsible for every penny spent?
And the drain tank was repaired for me on the same day, in 20 minutes. And I bought the right accessories, and they cost 19 rubles, and the tank was removed, and the wall did not have to be broken, and the man turned out to have golden hands. Thank you very much and good health to these hands. It is a pity that decent, skilled workers, including plumbers, are not in Housing and Communal Services No. 12, and we have to look for them on the side.
And finally: to all employees of Housing and Communal Services No. 12 of the Housing and Communal Services Department of the Oktyabrsky district of Mogilev, I recommend that you not be dissatisfied with the fact that people come to you for help, so that you are only praised and thanked for your attention and high-quality service, and not called freeloaders, clowns and sharashkin's office. Remember the main rule of boomerang, it will definitely reach everyone.
