I called the plumbers to fix the problem with leaking pipes in the bathroom and a non-working cold water valve. Unfortunately, the "work" performed by the staff of Housing and Communal Services No. 22 leaves much to be desired. The two workers who arrived at the call, instead of conducting a full-fledged diagnosis, only scratched their heads and said that the leak was condensate, although water was clearly oozing out of the pipes. As for the valve, they said it needed to be replaced, but did not provide any recommendations on how to do it, and did not explain what materials needed to be purchased. In addition, the employees did not take any action to check the status of the system, citing the need to check "upstairs", but, in fact, they simply left the place of the call, leaving the problem unresolved. As a result, I was left with running pipes and a non-working valve.
