They blew up the floor because pipes burst in the basement, everything flowed to our house, they were without a floor in the kitchen, they couldn't do anything. He said the boards would be there the next day. A day later, he said that there were no boards, and there would be no more for 2 weeks, but after calling 115, everything was quickly found.

Terrible attitude towards customers!
They feed you with promises. They agree for one time, then you wait for them 1-1.5 hours! A nightmare in one word!
