There is a nice courtyard, the train station is conveniently located nearby. There are many forks and it is easy to get where you need to go.

A very warm house. A closed courtyard (three entrances -all locked-intercom) stuffed with everything necessary but for its residents. Cars are not parked in the yard. Not an anthill - departmental apartments. Very few single rooms. There are no bars or hostels in the house.
