It's a mess. Everything looks beautiful only from the avenue. Everything has been dug up near the houses for two years now, mountains of earth, mud, open ground and a couple of private houses. Parking is ridiculous, but entering a multi-level parking lot is inconvenient, and the playground is shameful. There are no plantings, no lawn, no trees. The developer doesn't even care about the lilac star, what's going on here. The tiles on the stylobate are slippery, no one has repaired the elevator for three months, the avenue is always noisy, and sometimes the road is laid at night. In summer, midges and mosquitoes - you need to put up nets, and in winter, facades whistle. Last year, even the grass was never mowed during the summer, the wheels drove a rut on the lawn - no one raked. Periodic interruptions of water and electricity. There is no store, neither small nor large, but thank God at least one cafe has opened. You need to go somewhere by car to get groceries. It's just a box near the subway, there are no other advantages. To go to work, from work, to sleep, and back to work. Also, for that kind of money, a circus. It's not comfortable, it's not good here, you have to go for a walk either to the old Grushevka or go somewhere.

The parking is very small, there is a parking lot nearby, which is not functioning yet, the passage to the entrance is unclear, or it is a pedestrian zone along which you can drive mono, the numbering of the house from right to left, 2 elevators, good fast, freight and passenger, the elevator periodically breaks down, while not everyone has settled yet, the audibility in the apartments leaves much to be desired
