Hello.
Help me deal with ZHES 95 on the issue of scheduled repairs. The renovation was carried out about 1 month ago, but so far the residents are completely unaware of what it is.
The organization of work was carried out in complete disregard of the Decree of the Housing and communal services of 03/30/2016 n5
None of the residents were acquainted with the defective act, except for 1 tenant, who decided that he had the right to make a decision for the entire entrance.
I.e., there is no clarity about the preparation of the act, about the tender, about the estimate and so on.
All comments are answered: you did not come to the meeting.
But you need to come to the meeting when you already know the situation, have studied the documents. But the tenants didn't have them.
This issue is being raised all over Minsk, but there is no result
