The hotel is located in the historical center, 300 meters from the city hall. The room is spacious, everything you need is there - TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, hairdryer. The bed is comfortable. The service is not intrusive, room cleaning is on request. We lived from August 26 to August 29, 2024, we liked it.

First of all, the pros: clean, the rooms are NOT killed, free Parking (in the very center it is a godsend!), everything you need in the room is there, friendly staff and very reasonable prices!
Cons: it's a little noisy outside, but it's the center, it's hot in the room, but the air conditioning plus the open window solved the issue)

Nice clean room, air conditioning, view from the window to the corner of the Palace of the Republic. For a child, there is an additional sleeping place in the form of a folding chair. Unfortunately, we did not look at the fact that Zybitskaya Street is a hangout around the clock, there are bars and casinos here. Sleeping with the windows open is uncomfortable, but this does not apply to the hotel, the hotel itself was quiet.

Of the advantages, there is only one: convenient location. It doesn't look much like a hotel-more like "rooms". There is no hotel infrastructure in this institution. Some people were yelling under the windows all night, cars honked, loud music was playing. In general, neither rest nor sleep failed. The price for the room is greatly overstated.

A bold minus - if you come for the weekend, then keep in mind that the hotel is at the intersection of Mezhdunarodnaya and Zybitskaya. And Zybitskaya at night on weekends is the center of club life and nightlife. Therefore, not everyone gets enough sleep. ))) Well, or ask for a room with windows on the river - it's quiet there.

The room was not ready for check-in at 14:00. The girl at the reception vaguely said that they only have one maid and we need to wait for them to clean up. She looked completely uninterested in the comfortable accommodation of the guests. At 14:40, without further ado, she put the key on the counter and said dryly, "you can check in." The room smelled horribly of dirty rags and there were flakes of dust on the floor. The plumbing also did not shine with cleanliness :(
In addition to problems with check-in and cleanliness, the girl at the reception was chewing when we first went to ask about parking conditions and could not answer how and where to pay for parking.
There is no service for a hotel in the center of the capital. I do not recommend staying here if you want to stay in a good mood during the trip. Besides, if you ignore the quality of service, there is no sound insulation and you can hear everything: the corridor, the neighboring rooms and the street.
On the plus side: the room was warm. The bed is comfortable.

The disadvantages include slightly tired rooms, the location on a rather noisy (not because of cars, but institutions, or rather, some of their visitors who went on a spree) street, some kind of semi-darkness everywhere, but the pros outweigh the two main ones - the staff and the location, the staff are just smart, always ready to help, prompt, listen. The location (if you do not take into account the street itself, although it is an attraction for those who love fun and nightlife) is very good, many attractions are at hand, everything is nearby, although there are few shops with a product and at a distance, the metro is nearby. Parking is large and free, although we unknowingly turned around and looked for a place to get to the hotel, but I think we can first park in this parking lot (turn left at the end of the building, there is a barrier, a person will come out, I must say that to the hotel) and then go to get registered. The overall impression is positive, I recommend it.

I liked it, it's a great hotel. Clean, beautiful, spacious room. Everything was in the room: hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, safe, kettle and tea set. A new bottle of drinking water was brought every day, and there is a cooler on the floor. The reception is open around the clock, so we managed to check in at night immediately upon arrival. It is convenient that payment is accepted on the spot, it is possible only in cash without a card. The staff is very polite and friendly. In general, there is nothing to complain about, if necessary, I will choose this hotel again.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city within walking distance from the old Town Hall. The rooms all seem to be on the 4th floor, on the other floors: casinos, offices, luxury shops and other establishments. The rooms are clean and pleasant, large Windows, we liked the price. There is a kettle, but no microwave.
They settled in early without any problems, and were evicted late, of course for additional payments. The administrator answers calls and messages on WhatsApp. The WORLD map is working. WiFi is normal.
Of the cons: the area is quite a hangout, there are cafes and bars all around, it is constantly crowded around the clock. But it didn't bother at all: the hotel itself, and the rooms are very quiet, and the companies are relatively cultured.

I stayed for one night. There are no complaints about the interior decoration of the rooms. But! The elevator was not working. The stated possibility of storing things before leaving the city in the evening was denied to me: I had to take my things to the train station and lose precious two hours exploring the city. We stayed together at the hotel for 4 nights. Standard room with a large bed. The room is newly renovated, furniture, plumbing without comments. Among the disadvantages of the room: poor noise insulation with neighbors and a corridor; there is no shelf for shampoo, soap in the shower; towels are washed; cleaning is daily, but the quality is low; the refrigerator is almost not cold, in summer it would be a problem. The air conditioner was not used.
A huge plus is the location of the hotel. The car was parked in the hotel parking lot for 4 days. Many attractions are within walking distance. From what we visited: Upper Town, Trinity suburb, Opera House, Victory Square, Independence Square, Art Museum, Oktyabrskaya Street with graffiti, circus, children's park and other attractions. The location and disadvantage of the hotel. Zybitskaya Street is a drunken street, all bars and clubs. On the night from Saturday to Sunday, the noise like in the stadium was from about 22 to 08. The rest of the nights are much quieter, but you will wake up. If you are not deaf, I recommend taking earplugs.

The hotel has seen better days, the rooms are worn, everything is kind of worn, in general nothing criminal, tolerable, but the trash cans could be changed, they cost so much money. Strangely, we were given a room with windows that overlook another corridor. Life didn't prepare me for this, of course. Although the room itself was large - a junior suite. Well, the cleaner left a compliment in the form of a dirty rag on the table, well, the man forgot, anything happens.
One of the huge advantages is the location. Right at the beginning of the most popular street in Minsk, with bars and restaurants. Actually, almost the entire active life of Minsk takes place there.
I give 4 stars with a big minus, but only because of the good location.

AN OFFICE HOTEL (it is unlikely that the English-language inscription on the visor above the entrance makes this sense, but in fact this is exactly the case), where the accommodation of guests and clients is organized primarily, in addition to other businesses conducted by the Turkish owners of the complex. Therefore, Zhuravinka is not a specialized hotel, but rather what was called "furnished rooms" before the revolution. Only the entrance hall and 18 rooms on both sides of the long, rounded corridor of the third (in our opinion, the fourth) floor belong to the actual "office hotel". The windows of the spacious and well–furnished (and other, simply luxurious) rooms overlook two sides - the exterior, quite lively, with active car traffic, a small International street, and the interior – a covered gallery. The equipment of the complex is at the proper level, good sound insulation, cleanliness in the rooms, cleaning and constant change of the same towels. And the staff is just wonderful: they are kind, friendly, always ready to help guests on any occasion. Residents have good walking accessibility to all the sights and attractions of the historical Upper Town (very prominent, with fairly steep descents and ascents) and adjacent streets, the center and central institutions, as well as the Trinity suburb. However, the location and location of the complex is not very suitable for elderly and/or people with limited mobility. Since of the three possible directions of walking – up the International, to the nearby Svisloch River (and then in two directions along its course) and along the street of expensive food and specific entertainment (Zybitskaya) towards Nemiga (to the street, as well as to the metro station of the same name), the first and most in demand (due to the proximity to the nearest Oktyabrskaya metro station, Independence Avenue, the city center and central institutions), it turns out to be almost inaccessible (due to the rather steep ascent and/or stairs on it), and the rest of the directions - due to the difficulties of walking, which is poorly adapted here for such pedestrians (except for movement along the embankment proper, when on it you have already turned up and are not turning anywhere yet). The location of Zhuravinka is also not suitable for people who appreciate silence and ecology – because of the overly urbanized environment, as well as the very specific neighborhood with the "drunkest" (according to Minsk residents) street of the city - Zybitskaya - and its regulars. Taking into account these features, the set price of hotel rooms, in our opinion, is too high (however, this is generally typical for most Minsk accommodation facilities)

Overall, we liked the hotel, a confident 3*. Comfortable beds, fresh plumbing, no foreign odors, everything works, there is enough furniture and space in the room too. The only thing is that the sound insulation is certainly not very good, everything can be heard from the corridor and, oddly enough, from the street with the windows closed! The location of the hotel is at the beginning of a party pedestrian street and in the morning the whole booth moves under your windows waiting for a taxi, a traffic jam forms, everyone honks, shouts. Of the three nights, two of them passed under the sign of early rising. There is an option to wear earplugs!)

The only thing is a large number of drinking establishments, and in the morning the drunks leave before 10 o'clock.
