There is a cafe for adults waiting for children from a children's party. And here there are questions. Complete lack of punctuality even with pre-order. An on-site order can be prepared within two hours. That's what the waiters say. The problem is even ordering tea/coffee. Apparently, the institution is not focused on serving customers who are in it here and now, but on food delivery and pre-order service

Before visiting this center with young children, think several times about whether it is safe there! We had an unpleasant situation, a child fell from a ‘climbing pyramid’ and suffered a traumatic brain injury. I carried the child in my arms and there was no reaction from the administration, apparently this is the norm when a child chokes on tears and cannot walk on his own, we left in an ambulance. So when you come to this center, you must understand that the floor is hard and any fall of your child can lead to a hospital bed like us, and the administrators will pretend that they did not notice

Five stars! My son is 4 years old and this Crane is his favorite game center. It is probably the most spacious in the city, there are a lot of different entertainments, both for very small (1-2 years) small towns and houses, pools with balls, and for older children - trampolines, slides with tubing, climbing wall. We recommend it!

We live nearby. Everyone thinks that the Crane is an institution for kids. But recently, my daughter and her friends of 11-12 years old suddenly wanted to go to the Crane, frolic. And they couldn't be dragged out of there for most of the day - they liked it so much! Therefore, it is probably better for children to go there in good company.

Customer focus is zero! On January 1, we had a rest at a children's birthday party (10 children) . Mom and child (1 year old) came in while the animation was on, the child took a ride on the tubing 1 time, they said to pay for a one-year-old child, the child overslept the rest of the time. I really did not like this situation, which in my opinion did not even require attention. The receptionist is so ugly that I didn't even want to waste my time talking. The problem with this city is that there is not much place to take the children, so you take them there. If they weren't monopolists on the scale of the institution, they wouldn't go there because of the staff. Although we have been there many times, there have been good shifts, the girls are neat, they talk well, but not this time. The reputation of the institution depends on the employees, it is a pity that many employees, due to their education, do not understand this.

Let's start from the beginning. We booked a table for 7 people in 2 weeks. When booking, they asked "is it possible to make a pre-order?" The answer was "no." On the day of the event, they called to clarify whether we would be there or not, but at the same time they asked if we had made a pre-order (there were already service issues here). Upon arrival, an order was made, which was expected for 2 hours. 2 hours 2 miserable pizzas!!! Without exaggeration. Of course, the waiting time was less, only 1 hour and 40 minutes. The staff is incompetent, they do not know how to take orders at all, they get confused in the orders. Bottom line, the service is terrible!! And now let's move on to the "cream" of this entertainment center "Zhuravlik" - bathroom. So, there is no such nightmare in any shopping center in Mogilev, even on the railway. Dirt, stench, toilet paper is lying everywhere, the bins are overflowing, the cleaners do not clean and generally do not want to work, even though it is winter outside, but it is not clear where the midges in the bathroom come from....

Хороший просторный центр. Безлимит на весь день по фиксированной цене. Утром людей совсем не было. Это кинозал Бывший, потолки высоченные, заполнено не на 100%, прохладно немного и "веет" стариной от стен наверное! Ну в целом нормально! Не прям супер! Но хорошо! ВН за кафе такое себе..поесть можно..фри отличная) остальное спорное))) Ну все равно ставлю 5 тк дети остались довольны! Ну это с натяжкоооой

Любимое место внучки. Поэтому и отмечали её день рождения там же. Внучка и её друзья в восторге от аниматоров заведения. Важно что можно и за столом посидеть, и развлечения тут же. Ну а батуты, конечно, вне конкуренции.

Большой развлекательный центр для детей, состояние оборудования отличное, возможно это связано с новизной, дети играли с удовольствием, несколько раз заказывали отдельные комнаты для проведения мероприятий, остались довольны.

Вполне нормальное место для развлечения детей и "посиделок" для взрослых. Вроде все как и у других, но как-то уютнее. Пицца детям понравилась, надписи от руки на коробках они тоже оценили. Из минусов... Кресла могли быть поудобнее, слишком глубокие, так и не смог найти удобное положение.

Отличное место. Есть где разгуляться малышам любых возрастов. Причем предлагаются не только активные, но и настольные игры, конструкторы для деток. Меньше, чем на три часа идти нет смысла, поэтому безлимит на день особо актуален

Были тут 10 декабря 2022. Приехали по делам в Могилёв и надо было занять дочку 5 лет на пол дня. Сравниваю с несколькими центрами в Минске. Белые колготы у ребенка остались белыми после четырёх часов в центре. Респект Вам ребята. И 10 звёзд за чистоту. Такого ни когда не было в Минске, всегда грязные носки и колготы. Сам центр очень порадовал своим многообразием оборудования. Рады, что посетили Журавлик!

Идеальное место для ребёнка. Рациональное размещение зон. Много места. Хорошая наполненность. Детский рай) мне даже самой интересно. Для проведения детского праздника лучше места не найдёте.
