After waiting for the man to step aside to contact the Ziko administration, I turned to Anna Alexandrovna Kuchkina, an employee of the service center, with a request to serve me. But when I had a question when filling out the application and I turned to Anna Alexandrovna to help me solve it, she said that it was already 17:00, she could not help me in any way. She did not respond to my request to return the incomplete application to me, saying: "You will come next time and fill it out." To say that I am shocked by the rudeness and rudeness of an employee of such a large and successful company is to say nothing.
