The store is a scam. We were buying wedding rings with my wife, and a couple of weeks later an employee called and asked me to come because there was a mistake: We bought a 16 ring, and they punched us 16.5. Fortunately, I saved all the tags and receipts and was happy to go to the store to meet, because I realized that just because of the human factor, one employee made a mistake and I felt sorry for her, especially since they promised to refund the difference. We came yesterday to get a refund of the broken ring and the redemption of the purchased one (sorry for the tautology), we were told to come tomorrow because they will not be able to do this operation now and said that they will refund the difference of 15 byn. Okay, not that we want to go to this store for the third time for the sake of 15 rubles, but okay. My wife came to the store today, instead of informing us in advance that our ring turns out to be smaller, but larger in size, they reported this only when they completed all the operations. As a result, my wife paid an additional 30 rubles, which, as it turned out, ran up for this ring due to overpricing. And that would be all right, but why should we pay extra for other people's joints? If you see that the ring is more expensive, then this is your problem, and you are not taking the last penny from the buyers when they also went to meet you. You should have paid extra for your joints from your own pocket, and not asked me to put them on my card later. What if I don't have a card, or I don't want to give you my details, and I don't want to see any of you now? I understand the employee who made a mistake, but I am cut down by the fact that the rest (who made the refund and redemption) did not go to the buyer to meet in any way and also tore off 30 rubles from him out of the blue. I'm afraid to imagine how many people have already been thrown for money under this scheme and these people are just stupidly silent😱
The bottom line is this: I did not think that this store would leave such an impression, but as it is. My family was thrown for money despite the fact that we went to meet you. I definitely do not intend to buy anything else there and I will not advise anyone.

My husband and I were buying rings, the employee mixed up the tags and punched the wrong ring. After 2 weeks, they called and asked us to come with tags so that we could get a refund and redeem our ring. They promised that they would return the difference, and in the end they also tore off 30p. We went to the store for a meeting, and he's making money. What can I say...

I came to get a suspension for a promotional coupon. Unfortunately, I didn't check in advance that I didn't have any coins with me. If I remember correctly, I got to consult Victoria. Who, when I gave her 5 rubles, looked at me like I was a piece of you-know-what. An evening sunset cannot be compared with such a sunset. The way the change was counted out to me is terrible. At first, the girl lost her way, then knocked coins on the cash register plate so that the ringing stood after leaving the store. It is worth teaching your employees to respond adequately to the lack of small things. I like ZIKO branches, but I no longer want to visit this one.
