Boorish and arrogant attitude towards customers, especially the "best employee of the store" Ekaterina Ryzhkova distinguished herself - there is no ethics of communication at all. I asked a question about a defect on the purchased product. According to Ekaterina, the store sells low-quality Russian-made products, so they need to be examined more carefully when buying!!! The question arises, why does the employee not report this when selling? I will think many times whether it is worth buying anything in this chain of stores, and even more so to advise anyone!

I bought a ring at a price of about 1000 rubles, wool from clothes and so on constantly cling to the fastening of the stone, after a week it bent, I did not lift anything heavier than a frying pan. I sent it for verification, they sent it back, saying that everything is fine, there are no manufacturing defects, the buyer is to blame. When I took the ring away, I found that it had been returned with a piece of wool stuck near the stone. It's even funny.
