I was in this store on 03/19/2013. Two consultants served the girl at the checkout while the others were waiting in the store when they were approached. I waited 10 minutes, but the consultant did not come to me, but decided to approach the girl who had just gotten pregnant. The service is disgusting, the gold is clearly pawnshop, poorly cleaned. It's good that the neighboring stores are more customer-oriented.

We decided to suggest it ourselves, but they did not have an Orient watch, and a simple refusal was answered in a rude form: "do you imagine what kind of square footage you need to have at the store." I understand this perfectly well, but the desire to stay further and choose something from another has abruptly disappeared.
The same applies to the watch shop. There is a lady there, like a master, but the manner of communication and imposing services is like that of a typical pork dealer in the market. It feels like he's going to tell you that your watch is going counterclockwise and you need to throw it away. The request to order a new mechanism was refused
The only thing is that interior designers are good, it's nice to be in all stores

There are good rings, although the prices are quite high relative to competitors.
Of the disadvantages of this particular jewelry store, I can note the constantly dissatisfied and non-customer-oriented staff, who with all their appearance shows that they absolutely do not care about customers who, apparently, came to distract them from more important matters. Probably, employees pre-evaluate clients by their appearance, and, based on this, they prefer not to spend "extra" time consulting clients they dislike.
Largely due to this approach, we decided to purchase jewelry from another jewelry store.
I don't know if this is such a purposeful approach to recruitment or a coincidence, but there is a similar picture in the Zico store in the Green shopping center on Prytytsky.
