One of the best hotels in Uzbekistan. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the river, there is a park, a Dehkan market. And you don't have to worry about the transfer to the airport or train station, because of the architectural features of Ferghana, there are no traffic jams there, and you get there in 20-25 minutes at most.
There is a sauna, a full-fledged fitness club, massage, swimming pool, Turkish hammam.
And the chefs cook very tasty. Everything is at the highest level

Nice hotel, the rooms are clean and spacious. The entire "gentleman's set" in the form of water,coffee,tea is always present. The staff is friendly and helpful, they always help with solving issues. I stay at this hotel on a regular basis, so I can safely recommend it during my visit to Ferghana!

Excellent hotel, very polite and caring staff, very tasty food. The rooms are good, I didn't have enough pillows and a solid bed, the towels are gorgeous, the shower gel is all of good quality, I am pleasantly surprised by such service!

Great hotel. Very nice rooms, helpful staff, timely room cleaning. Breakfast is included in the price. Everyone will be able to find their own breakfast for themselves, whether it's PP, sweets or a classic omelet.

A great hotel for a tourist 👍🏻 the location is as convenient as possible
Daily room cleaning , polite guys at the reception , excellent spa area ( special thanks to the Girl Ramila for the cool massages 💜)
I had the 8th floor , the view from the window is amazing 😊
From myself, I can note two small disadvantages: the breakfasts are meager and the beds would be more comfortable !

the hotel is very comfortable, the staff is responsive, the kitchen is also super, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean and tidy, I rented a suite, everything is really ideal, wide and spacious, the TV worked perfectly, there are all channels, but for some reason the internal phone did not work. Although the hotel is not devoid of the "heritage" of the Soviet past, it still deserves attention due to its comfort and coziness. The cleanliness and comfort in the rooms create a pleasant impression, and the quality of the bathrooms only emphasizes this impression.
However, minor flaws, such as problems with Wi-Fi and the QR code on the mirror, as well as the lack of tea bags, can create some inconvenience for guests. Despite this, the breakfasts provided balance this insufficient part by offering delicious and varied dishes.
The helpful staff at the reception creates a pleasant atmosphere of hospitality, although using cards for payment can sometimes cause some difficulties.
In general, this hotel provides a pleasant and comfortable stay for its guests, despite some minor flaws.
