I ordered a video review of a brooch from this store, I liked the brooch, asked to postpone it in order to redeem it on the same day.
When she came to get the brooch, after examining it, she saw that it was dirty (in the hollows of the leaves), which she informed the consultant, she replied, "Well, she just lay there for a long time." I asked how it could be cleaned, I was offered to buy a remedy so that I could clean it myself))
When I said that I did not want to buy a dirty brooch, they answered "Well, whatever you want."

We purchased an engagement ring of 22 sizes, the ring turned out to be almost one size larger..the ring was not worn, with a tag and checks, they came and asked to exchange it for half a size smaller .. and received a categorical refusal..The products cannot be exchanged or returned! Complete nonsense, wear it as you want! I do not recommend buying anything at all!

I bought a silver ring in this network, with an insert of cubic zirconia along the entire length. I carried it for 19 days and one of the stones fell out, and this is an indicator of the quality of the product. I took off the ring when cleaning and cooking. I wrote a written appeal, I thought that they would make free repairs and replacement of the stone, so there is a guarantee, but in response I was refused, they say I did not wear it well, the ring has traces of socks, etc. And how can it not have traces of socks?With the same layout, I could buy not a piece of jewelry, but ordinary jewelry, and carry it for 19 days as well. There is no quality. I do not recommend buying products with inserts in this network
