We rested from 08/28/2024 to 09/13/2024. In a standard room. Wi-Fi works well throughout the hotel. The TV is working, but it catches 15 channels in total, but did we come to watch TV at sea? The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, linen was changed every 3 days. Ironing board and iron on the floor. The pool area and the beach are equipped with sun beds and changing cabins, there were enough sun beds. The pool was cleaned regularly. There is a bar and a restaurant at the hotel, but we did not go there. Meals are buffet style. The dishes were spinning in a circle, but everything was delicious and homemade. There was always a choice. For breakfast: 2 types of porridge (with water and milk), cottage cheese (or casserole), something made of eggs (boiled, omelet or scrambled eggs), pancakes, sausages, sliced cheese sausage, yoghurts, fruits, tea, coffee and cold drinks. For lunch: broth (empty) and soup (we came across mashed soup, borscht, pickle, chicken with noodles), side dishes (buckwheat, pasta, potatoes, rice), 3 types of meat component (very different from boiled beef to French meat), salads, fresh vegetables. For dinner, there was mostly what was left over from lunch, but often something else was added, we really liked the fried pink salmon and chicken in white sauce. Yes, this is not Turkey. But for Abkhazia, the hotel is on the level (there is something to compare it with). We didn't have rotavirus. Rudeness on the part of the hotel staff, too.

We had a rest with my husband from 3 to 12.09.24 I liked everything, the hotel is very cozy, the territory is small, clean and well maintained.The food is monotonous, but delicious, they did not give us fish. I especially liked the breakfasts: fried eggs, pancakes, cottage cheese casserole, sliced sausages, cheese, fruits. Coffee is only for breakfast, we also bought coffee in the lobby bar.The restaurant on the second floor was functioning on request, we agreed and ordered dinner there, a very beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The rooms were cleaned daily, bed linen was changed every 3 days. The balcony is shared by two rooms, which we realized after buying the tour, initially it was confusing, but we came across very nice neighbors. The sea is just outside the hotel gate.There are not many umbrellas on the beach, but we had enough, the hotel was incomplete, there were a lot of sun beds. Dogs on the beach were confusing, but then they got used to it. The embankment is being landscaped, a concrete path has been concreted and poles for lanterns have been prepared. All the staff are very friendly and ready to help. The only thing when extending the room, we were told that lunch was included in this amount, in fact it turned out that it was not and we had to pay extra.In general, we recommend the hotel.

We had a rest on 08/06/24-08/12/24. The hotel is small, very cozy. The room with a sea view, although without a balcony, is beautiful, the panoramic windows are super! We cleaned every day, changed towels. It's very nice. We visited a 5-star hotel in Turkey last year, cleaned only 1 time in 10 days. And here every day! The staff is very friendly! The food is familiar, there is always a choice. There are shops nearby. There is a kettle in the room, you can always drink tea in the evening) the pool is clean. The sea is very close, you came out of the gate and you're on the beach. The hotel's sun beds always make sure that you are not left without a sunbed. And this has never happened. The beach belongs to the hotel, so there are very few people, it's nice. The sea is the purest! The city is calm, more family-friendly. If you need a move, we went to Gagra. We were very satisfied! Thanks to the staff!
