The monument "The Golden Ring of Belarusian Science" was inaugurated on October 23, 2023. The monument consists of a Rotunda, 7 sculptures and 7 plaques with statements in the Belarusian language of the great sons of Belarus. The authors. Kharaberush Alyona Alekseevna, Belarusian sculptor. Pakulnitsky Leonard Iosifovich, Belarusian sculptor. Sardarov Armen Sergeevich, Belarusian architect, scientist, teacher, designer, photographer, Doctor of Architecture, Professor. The monument "The Golden Ring of Belarusian Science", unique in its idea and implementation, united into one whole: "The Future". "The present." "The past." "THE FUTURE." A "Capsule with a message to posterity" is hidden under the monument. It can be opened in 50 years. "THE PRESENT." The monument is dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. "THE PAST." The monument includes sculptures by Kirill Turovsky. Francisca Skaryna. Kazimir Semenovich. Simeon of Polotsk. Evstafy Tyshkevich. Euthymius of Karsky. Vsevolod Ignatovsky. All of these people were born on Belarusian soil, worked at different times and in different fields of activity, and became famous.
