I applied to the CINDERELLA optics salon at K. Marx, 23 07.08.2024. Despite the numerous negative reviews on this branch, my personal experience of interacting with this salon is only the most positive. Moreover, both interaction with the doctor and with the consulting staff. The doctor, Elena Petrovna Degtyareva, is simply wonderful. She picked up the glasses, taking into account all my wishes, and gave comprehensive answers to all my related questions. Consultant Irina helped pick up the frame and, together with the master, adjusted it so that this frame fit perfectly. I talked in detail about the various lens options and did not try to influence my choice in any way (no obsession). And the second girl, despite the fact that I was on a "first-come, first-served basis, clearly controlled so that I could get to the doctor's appointment as soon as a window free of appointment appeared, for which I THANK her very much.
