A complete disappointment. I asked to pick up glasses for work. Due to age-related changes with constant wearing of negative contact lenses, it became difficult to see up close. The optician "investigated", determined which lenses I needed for glasses. They were manufactured according to its purpose. When I came to pick it up, I tried it on, I realized that I didn't see anything, so I don't see anything. The procedure was repeated. The glasses seem to have been redone. I took them, of course. People seemed to be doing something, working, but still these glasses are of no use to me. I'll go to the doctor at the clinic for a prescription for glasses. Of course, I will no longer seek advice from this optician.

The optics are not bad, the choice is minimal. The specialists are not competent, they were on March 20, 2025. they planned to order glasses for a child abroad, the manufacture is a month. After submitting the recipe from Optimed, the specialist did not even figure out what the frame for such glasses should be. I'm talking about their wrongness due to the fact that they were previously in Cinderella optics at a different address.

If you have already forgotten or outdated the prescription for glasses, there is an optometrist right there - he will quickly and free of charge help you choose the right lenses taking into account your problem.
I was lucky with Inna Vitkovskaya, a sales consultant - she simply and quickly found exactly what I was looking for for me, and together with the tinting and the case, I met my modest budget for optics for the summer season!
I also thank Karina - the friendly atmosphere and attentiveness to the wishes of customers in this optics store will lead me to them more than once.

They gave me lenses for 400 rubles (120usd)
During the installation of the lenses, the frame overheated, which caused it to bend in the opposite direction.
When checking the lenses , it turned out that the right lens was not prescription , which made my eye tired and sore when wearing it .
They took it for repair, but in the end they returned it as is and began to deny everything, they say the lenses are correct and the frame was like that (the frame was new and they examined it during acceptance).
In general, a terrible experience and a loss of money and time

With my specific requests for a frame, I went around half of the opticians in the city and only here they were able to pick it up for me. The consultant helped, advised, explained, gave comments - and I was finally able to make a choice! I have not yet met such excellent service and professional advice in opticians, usually you just walk yourself, look, they offer you a couple of options or walk with you. And here is a really competent consultation, a sincere desire to help with the choice and effective communication.
The optometrist was also very attentive, given that I had not been to an optometrist for a long time, it felt like I was on a paid consultation at a medical center - so much time was given and useful information was given.
The interior is beautiful, everything is very comfortable and a really great selection of frames.
I am happy that I found myself in this particular optics!

I took the glasses, visually examined them on the spot, everything seemed to be fine. When I came home and examined it under direct light, I saw a clear thin pair of scratches from the edges of the lens to the center, very similar to the scratches made when installing the lens.
I was very upset by this fact, realizing that the lenses cost 150 rubles apiece. After all, you want to get the perfect thing.
I advise you to examine the lenses VERY, VERY carefully when buying glasses.
P.S. I liked how they helped you choose a frame, but about the doctor, I agree with the reviews, a very unfriendly, not prepossessing doctor, the feeling that he is trying to get rid of you as soon as possible

In terms of service, I like this store the most. In other stores of this chain, there are always some problems, zero attention to the visitor. A separate plus for the doctor, who selected the lenses very carefully. And so that the eyes do not get tired, and to read and sit at the computer, I specially recommended which lenses are better. Unfortunately, I didn't remember the name, such a plump woman. The choice is good, Although there are shops where there are more. There is only one suggestion where there is an exhibition of expensive glasses near the window, make shelves and put glasses in the middle and higher range so that there is more choice.

2. They only work with 1 expensive eyeglass lens company. Regular lenses can be purchased at a standard price. Sophisticated, with protection from a different spectrum of rays - only 1 expensive manufacturer's choice. From here, even with a budget frame, the kit can cost more than $ 150.
In the same WDL and other opticians, there are less famous and well-known companies with much more affordable prices for eyeglass lenses with protection.
To sum up, if you need normal glass protection, but you are not ready to pay European prices for glasses, you are not here.
Yes, the quality of the glasses will be better than in other optics. But taking into account the validity period of the protective coating - half a year, the overpayment for an expensive brand, in my opinion, is not worth the money.

There was an unpleasant aftertaste after the purchase. I chose Ray Ban RB 2132 6462/31 sunglasses in this store, the seller tried for a long time to find a box with a case. After a while, they brought me a case without a box, explaining that they almost always throw away the boxes (it's clear that this was a lie, but okay, I thought). When I got home, I decided to check the equipment that was given to me with what it should be. It turned out that the case was not from this series, but from a series of frames, there was also no microfiber, no box. How can you sell like this? Okay, lost/sold/you stole / mixed up this original case, you can explain the situation, it's not so critical, it's more outraged by the lies and the confidence with which they tell you this.
