I ask what anti-flea powder means for cats. To which they answer me: "What does it mean what is powder? ". I should hear the answer from you. At the end, he gives me an ampoule without packaging, without instructions. I tell her to give me a piece of paper. What is the answer to me: "I've already said everything. We can't remember. A girl's memory?" It doesn't matter what kind of memory I have. You have to do your job if you're behind the counter and you know everything.
The incident was on October 25, 2023. I ask the head of this store to conduct a preventive conversation with the seller. If the buyer is younger than you, this does not mean that you can be rude and disrespectful. My family will not go to this store anymore.
