On March 8, I came to the store with a request to exchange the leash or return the money. There was no necessary leash for the exchange, and I wrote an application for a refund.I waited for a response for more than a month, then my patience ran out and I wrote a complaint.It took about a month again and there was no response to my complaint again, although the seller informed me that the statement had been read.Therefore, I will have to resolve the issue through the Consumer Protection Service.

I checked with the operator for the presence of filler in Grodno within 5 minutes, the operator said that it was available, as a result, I placed an order, but before the day of delivery they called me and said that it was not there. They can also change the order without warning you, for example, they ordered a filler of 15l, they brought 10l. I highly recommend not using this service!

This network has a website where the list of products is larger. But the pick-up points are not all the stores of this chain, but only a few (for example, on Kozyrevskaya the store is not a pick-up point, which is incredibly inconvenient and incomprehensible for me). 3. It is difficult to find this store on maps. The address is Hegumen tract 16B, but this is a completely different building. 4. You can simply be dropped on the phone. Seriously, I'm calling to clarify the address, they tell me to wait, and after a minute they just reset it. Very sullen ladies answer the phone. 5. 2 sellers in the store with their masks down, they say, and so it will go. Provide sellers with a sufficient number of masks. 6. Delivery from 30 rubles. Or it would be possible to simply increase the coefficient for smaller amounts. In general, it will work out of hopelessness, but this is not a very good network. The whole quest turned out to feed the fish.
