Notifications about promotions are constantly sent to Viber. Today I came to such an action for food, the girl told me that there was no action. Although they have written about this promotion at the checkout! But at the same time, the seller Mazanik also asked me to urgently show me a notification from my phone. I showed: she said, well, it's a program error that nothing made it through the promotion, I supposedly had nothing to do with it.
Next, there is an interesting situation with this discount card. Every time they ask me to name the discount one, I have been buying food from them all the time for at least a year and I name the discount one with each purchase. At the same time, I have 1 ruble and 4 kopecks at a discount for the year :))) So why did you make this discount at all? To show off? After all, the goods on the promotion are sold to everyone on the promotion (well, although I already told you about these "promotions" above :), no discount cards are needed for this at all, in principle.
Moreover, the seller Mazanik also said that the goods for the promotion do not accumulate anything. So why do I name a discount card every time I buy a supposedly special offer? You don't charge anything for the shares!
That is, there are more questions than answers. I think it's better to move on to the competition, since this Zoobazar works in a very strange way.
PS I wonder if they work with charity events at the same level? I hope not...
