The shop itself is not bad...but the prices are quite expensive....the assortment is not large, but it is not bad...in Bobruisk, the reviews are good about him, but here it's a little different from there.... and the price difference is decently different...

I've never written bad reviews. But today it's just a terrible precipitation. A couple of days ago I found out that today there is a 20 percent discount. I asked the seller if there would be enough for this food, and showed the pack. She said yes. I was traveling from afar, on purpose, we were going to buy several packs of expensive food. Upon arrival, I found out that there is already a 10 percent discount on this food. Okay, good. I took it anyway . The price tag was 57 kopecks. At the checkout, they tell me the amount of 56 with a discount. How is that, I ask? And where is the 10 percent discount? And they tell me the feed costs 63. The offer to sell food at the specified price tag was refused with a terrible tone, take it for free, if you arise. Great. Thank you. I bought it in the next one more expensive on principle, as a customer I definitely won't come. By law, they are obliged to sell at the specified price.

Terrible attitude towards customers. We punched the wrong weight of Royal Canin feed in the receipt (1 kg instead of 300 g), we noticed it the next day, returned and asked to sort out the situation (there is a camera hanging over the counter and it could be seen that the feed there is much less than a kilogram). It is clear that it is difficult for us to prove exactly how much food was poured into us, but then why is there a camera hanging there at all?! The store management promised that they would look at the cameras and call us back. As a result, there is no feedback. What can you expect from the service in the store itself, even if the management does not care about the customers at all?! I don't give a damn, I don't recommend it.
