Excellent veterinary clinic and pharmacy. We treated our pets, it was expensive, but everyone is alive. At the pharmacy, you can buy food and vitamins for various pets, both large and small. The product range is quite large. The prices are different. We only go to them, because they always have everything. And in most stores there are only cats and dogs.

I applied to this clinic because I couldn't get to another one ( because it was a day off)- the puppies had diarrhea, the Doctor made a bunch of diagnoses and not one correct one (as a result, the diagnosis was completely different and postmortem)... the worst attitude of the doctor - I have not yet met, they took the money (I still do not know why , only in words ) , they did not give me the conclusion of the performed manipulations , injections , I repeat, everything is only in words and the number in the receipt, after I took the puppies, they began to die one by one. I will never contact them again and I will not advise anyone, avoid them!!! You can 't bring my animals back, it's a business for them and nothing more!

I want to share my story. I came home from work and saw that the rat had become ill. My father took my rat to the vet. The first vet was a man. He did not explain anything and silently carried out his work and did not even tell me that they had injected my rat. They gave me 3 injections and paid 40 rubles. The next day, the rat continued to suffocate and was taken back to the clinic to continue the course of treatment. They paid about 25-30 rubles, and also gave me three injections. My rat was only getting worse, she was like a vegetable and suffocated even worse. The next day it was the same, and in the evening, my rat died in the arms of two veterinarians, justified by the fact that my rat has been in poor health since birth. On November 23, in the evening, they contacted this veterinary clinic, since the dog had a similarity in the eye to damage to the mucous membrane (they thought that the cat had scratched)We arrived at the clinic, the "veterinarian" examined the eye with a flashlight and said:The eye is damaged so that a blood clot has already formed...I prescribed treatment, bought medicines for 90 rubles...As a result, upon arrival home and during the treatment of the eye, it turned out that this was not damage, but just mucus gathered in the dog...So that's my question!!!!What kind of veterinary clinic is this, plus the competence of this veterinarian, who is also the owner of this clinic!!!There are simply no words, once again I affirm that there are no good veterinarians in our city!!!!

We went to the clinic twice (for surgical treatment). The first time was for the sterilization of a cat (everything went without complications). The second visit was more serious: the cat swallowed a needle. A abdominal operation was performed: the veterinarian called after the operation, told how everything went, that the cat was out of anesthesia, and they also watched her for two hours after the operation. We visited the clinic periodically for two weeks for examination. Everything was successful.
We were satisfied.

To begin with, I highly recommend this place to all pet lovers. On 04/29/2023, they went to the veterinary clinic with red spots on their tongue and general poor health. It turned out to be an infection. They assured me that tests are needed in order to prescribe treatment and a course of antibiotics. Dehydration was also detected, after which ivs or injections were offered, we chose injections. Then the following happens. They give some injections, including antibiotics, do not name the price (you might think that we should have asked ourselves, but the human factor, you trust a competent (as it turned out, not very) employee). The course of antibiotics is 5 days, so there was an oral agreement that the cat should be brought on Sunday 30.04.2023 at 4 o'clock. As a result, the check was 73 rubles, of which I knew exactly the price for the analysis of 25 rubles. and the price for injections for dehydration was 5 rubles. The veterinarian herself did not plan to introduce me to the price course. Only my questions opened her mouth. Now I realize that I didn't ask enough questions.
The next day we decided to bring our kitty not at 4, as scheduled, but earlier at 3. And we had to kiss the closed door, it turns out they went to rest earlier, and on the first of May they have a day off. In total, we get: a useless antibiotic, the course of which was not passed through their fault, and therefore a useless analysis for the discharge of an antibiotic. The only thing that helped was injections for dehydration, I know how serious it is, so the injections were useful. But the rest is USELESS.
On Tuesday, May 2, a dialogue took place with the same veterinarian, since the boss was not at the workplace. The veterinarian could not give clear answers (which was to be expected), in addition to antibiotics and against dehydration, which injections were also not answered, and the fact that they closed on the appointed day was "for technical reasons"
Today there was a conversation with the boss, which was not much different from a conversation with a veterinarian, communication with the wall. It turns out that we should have written to them on Instagram and asked them exactly about Sunday if they would work. When asked by the boss why take the owner's phone number if you can't call and notify about the closure, they say that too many people need to call (so apparently you can not call anyone). The money spent was not returned, the boss was stunned that this had never happened in 30 years of work and that they HAD SAVED the CAT.
Saved means when you bring an animal yourself, pay a lot of money, you and your pet are slaughtered the very next day, but are justified by a couple of injections, which are less than the total amount.
This is the first time we have encountered such a negligent attitude, of course we are very upset about this whole situation, and we hope that this review will save others from such a disregard.

Our doggie is 10 years old. Since childhood, we have been watching Nikiforov Alexander Leonidovich. I always recommend it to everyone I know. Treatment is always prescribed qualitatively, starting with minimal use of drugs, so as not to harm, then according to the results.
Now, with age, our dog has naturally added problems.
Our back is a sore spot, but even here the staff did not remain indifferent.
We were prescribed a drug that very quickly relieved the pain and brought our pet back to life. We also went to the magnet, which is also very effective.
It is pleasant that the doctors of this center, Alexander Leonidovich and Olga Ivanovna, treat each of their patients very well, you always feel that they are sincerely worried and want to help.

I do not advise, for reasons of treatment, I came with a dog, the dog had a cut tail and turned to them, they put 3 stitches and gave pills and bought a muzzle and indicated a service that I could pay later since there was no money, but after a while the dog began to whine and bark a lot, pus and stitches went out of the wound they fell apart , after which 2 more wounds appeared , I treated them myself with peroxide and gave her access to the tail and to this day the dog 's tail heals well and other wounds too

I want to share my problem so that other people don't get into a similar situation. NEVER contact this clinic for surgery or treatment!!! I came with a cat on October 17th (Scottish fold)for castration, (the simplest operation to date), I left a cat, asked to call in advance so that the cat would not wait for me. When I came, I was terrified, my cat, still recovering from anesthesia, was sitting scared on the floor behind the closet, the "doctor" said that the cat jumped out of the carrier and ran around the clinic!!! Conclusion-after the operation, the animals are left unattended!!! I tried to catch him myself, he ran from one closet to another, then I barely pulled him out by the skin, it was very difficult for me because I myself after a stroke, my arm and leg practically do not "work". As a result, I am pounding from stress, the cat too, one desire is to run...When I came home, I found that there were no stitches as such (or everything was gone or what) a huge bloody lump. I started calling the clinic, but the time was up, the working day was over...I looked on the Internet what it was, took a photo and went to the doctor, he said to treat bigluconate with Dimexide and Chlorhexidine, said everything would pass... After 3 days I took a photo, it got even worse, I came to the doctor, he began to reassure me that everything would pass, bring the cat for examination.(No way!) I asked for a refund (the only thing I thank him for), he silently returned the money. The result is that we are being treated at the Cat and Dog clinic, from the 20th to this day, I have already given 150 rubles, thank God almost everything has healed.The diagnosis was an infection (I can't say when, or during the operation or after, when he was running around the "clinic"). The cat also began to limp on one paw as soon as she brought it home, the story is silent about what reason... So, if you want your animal not to die or become disabled, NEVER contact this clinic, buy maximum food!!!

At home, the cat was getting worse every day. As a result, three hospitals in Gomel could not save our cat. We spent a lot of money to save him, but to no avail. Poor-quality sewing of the peritoneum was installed for the autopsy. There were 2 holes in it. The cat developed peritonitis from the infection. The doctors of this clinic do not even know how to sew properly!! Due to a poorly performed operation, we lost our pet. If your pet is dear to you, then NEVER contact the Zoodoctor clinic

Come here only if you have a desire to be robbed and your animal has not been cured. Looking into the eyes, they attribute unproven services to the checks and do not even apologize when pointing out this fact. The doctor allows himself to be late for the only appointment in his calendar per day for 20 minutes or more, diagnoses are made based on intuition and temperature measurement (at best). I will never go and advise people again. I wish your pets good health.
