I wrote a review about the store, which is on Belsky, that prices for filler there are rising every month. Now I went to the store that was in the shopping center and what I see. The price is already 25 rubles and a penny, and last time it was 23 something. Prices are rising by leaps and bounds. Dear managers and owners, what are you guided by there??

02.11 we went to the store in the evening, and in the terrarium the hamsters are eating their kinsman. I thought it was just my imagination. When I asked about what was happening, I was told, "Well, yes, it happened." She asked "Why is he still lying there?", the answer was "What should I do about it?". Indeed, what to do about it... Maybe clean up the bloody remains of the poor hamster? First of all, it scares me, I don't say anything about the rest. No matter how you go in, none of the animals have any food or water. No wonder they started eating each other. Why sell animals at all if they are not properly cared for. Although I do not dispute that girls who have always worked well have worked before, now, unfortunately, I do not see them, others are working. I hope for the organization's response.

Hello. About 3 weeks ago, we purchased 2 Syrian hamsters from you. With a huge cage and even more accessories. They asked for 2 females, because there is one cage, they can be kept together. Hamsters fight a lot, bite each other. We took them to the vet.the pharmacy , it turned out that it was 2 males. One of them may have developed a lump in his groin due to bites and fights. You can't keep them together. That's the result of the seller's mistake!!!!!! There is no way to put a second cell and keep them separate. The second one needs to be treated, but only the initial admission costs - 24p per vet.to the clinic, then a blood test -about 30p. And this is not yet a cure!!!!! If you can't figure out what gender the pets are, how do you undertake to sell them? You created a lot of problems for us with your mistake. Primarily psychological for the child. And, of course, material for me-mom.
