I made an online order. More than 3 positions. I ordered it. The next day I call the call center, because the status indicates "partially assembled". They confirm this to me, they say that there is one position left from the order. When I asked when they would assemble, they replied that it would be for lunch.
After lunch, I call the store itself. The order has been collected - come. OK. I arrive an hour after the call and they tell me that he is not ready. That one of the order items is just coming. And when it will be - today.
Naturally, I'm asking: How did it happen if I called this store an hour ago? Answer: oh, I'm sorry, I made a mistake. Apparently, the seller thinks that I have a lot of free time. Or free gasoline in my pocket...
I had to call the call center again and transfer the order to another store.
