I don't know what the woman is writing here about the review on December 9th. I have been working in this store for over 4 years. I already live in another area and come (i.e. by car) there. I come, because the girls will always offer help if there is a large volume, they will help you decide on the choice of feed or filler, and they will always give you the right advice on how to treat animals from worms and ticks. Even when there was no medicine that I bought for ticks, they provided me with a full consultation on what and how best to replace it. I am very grateful to the staff of this store, Marina and Julia, for their competence and empathy for our animals. I'm not talking about the fact that they save animals that someone throws onto the streets of Minsk.

I don't quite understand what wonderful staff they write reviews about, maybe the staff has changed. Both sellers never greet each other, they are always gloomy, without mood. They will never be offered normally, they work purely on request, there is zero professionalism. Just because of them, I don't want to go to this store, although the assortment in it is excellent. I work in trade myself, but I haven't seen such rudeness for a long time. The management of this store, have a conversation with the ladies about how to work with people correctly. I really wanted to write a review for a long time, but today was the last straw of my patience.
