How many times have I been to this store, terrible attitude.
I came to buy bird food, asked to make a copy of the receipt, and put a seal. As a result, I spent 30 minutes in the store, listening to conversations on the phone with another person, and they both could not solve it. They said that it was impossible… In what sense is it impossible??? Absolutely all stores do this, but then they looked at me with rolling eyes, as if I was asking for nonsense. So she left, they did absolutely nothing.
Okay, this situation, coming for the second time and going into the store in front of me, she closes the doors (there was no lunch, it was working time), she says she is not able to work))))

05/13/2022 I bought Royal Canin dry food in a 2 kg package. The food turned out to be spoiled, although the tightness of the bag and the shelf life are in order.
The next day, the store refused to donate money, citing the fact that it would be given for examination.
I wrote a statement addressed to the director asking him to look into this issue. By law, they have two weeks to do this.
2.06 when I came to the store, I received the answer that "Your question is at work ..." I was outraged that all the deadlines had already passed! The seller called some manager, and she says she doesn't know. The food, by the way, has been standing behind the counter all this time.
I wrote to the director by e-mail, outlining the situation, plus a photo of my application and the spoiled food in the package. The next day, the seller called me and said that it was possible to come and collect the money.
04.06 the seller couldn't give the money back because she couldn't make a refund, she started calling someone again, and this person couldn't help her? She said, come back tomorrow, there will be a senior cashier...
