There is an animal salon nearby that is many times better than this one. The last time we visited, the dog was all irritated, itching, biting his paws. And it lasted for a week. Therefore, I had to change the salon to the one mentioned above. And you would know how everything has changed! The dog likes to go there, it is beautifully combed, animals are treated with love! There is no wool in the house for a month.
We won't go to the happy pet anymore. It's more of an "Unlucky Pet"

I didn't like the attitude towards the client. I signed up the dog for a haircut on a certain date. The master told me that at the moment there is no water and whether it will appear by the right date is not known. Then I signed up for the next week as well. The water appeared, but the master did not bother to inform us about it, and since we did not come (we did not know if the water appeared), she crossed us out from the next entry. On the eve of the second recording, I started calling to check if everything was in force, but the master did not answer the phone. As a result, we found out that for our time, without our consent, others were recorded. I understand that they don't need clients. And by throwing them around, they lose their money. And by the way, the interior is very dirty and the smell is persistent and not pleasant.

Today we came to this salon for the first time, on the advice of a neighbor for a chihuahua claw haircut. At home, the dog, when trying to trim its claws, rushed at us, growled and bit. What I told the employee of this salon, but she calmly took our dog and cut her claws without any problems, to say that we were shocked is to say nothing!!! I am insanely happy, and I really regret that we have been tormenting ourselves for a whole year, and tormenting our dog. And by the way, in many salons we were simply refused after learning that the dog could bite. Now we will only drive here!

Although, in case of any suspicious reaction of the animal, it is better to stop the procedure, call the owner, and not continue to tear and tear the wool, because the revenue and the customer have paid.
Then they will apologize a lot, and when you believe in the adequacy of the hostess, and just a combination of factors - the sensitive skin of the cat and the weak professionalism of the master. And you will turn again, six months later - they will YELL (we opened the carrier in the wrong place, and we haven't even got the cat yet), and they will threaten to respond with "we have cameras everywhere here, write a review, we will also give you a review." And with a child, employees, everything is the same.
