I would have left a good review if not for one thing. On December 6, I bought a hammock for rodents, food for them and a toy for a cat in this pet store. When I got home, I found larvae on the hammock, which I hastened to inform by calling the contact phone number.
The woman on the other end of the line surprised with her poor stress tolerance and disregard for behavior (apparently insects are a matter of course for her). After talking to another person through the official Instagram account, the situation was resolved peacefully and with understanding.
Scandals in my life occupy the last place and because of the -20 rubles I will not quarrel, but advice to customers for the future. Do not hesitate to inspect the product.
Be careful not to experience stress yourself and not to inconvenience your pets.

The seller couldn't be worse. I often visited this store, but now I no longer want to. It's a distraction, not a service. I don't recommend it.
