I do not recommend this clinic to anyone, they brought a dog with vomiting, a biochemical analysis was not done, according to the general analysis, they decided that poisoning was dripped for 4 days, prescribed antibiotics, a bunch of unnecessary medicines, the result was zero, they sent for an X-ray on a foreign body, nothing was found there except that the dog turned yellow in the zoo, they planted the liver of the dog with their treatment in another clinic, they refused treatment arguing those who started the treatment, let them treat it, or maybe they just saw that the dog would not be saved.I called back to the Zoo and they have Tuesday, Wednesday, weekend, the dog died in 5 days,Doctor Yakovitskaya Lyudmila Ivanovna

While I was calling a taxi to another clinic, I heard how the doctor used a foul word (b***b) when communicating with another patient (in relation to the situation, of course, but it was unpleasant) and based on the part of the "specialist consultation" that I heard sitting in the corridor, I will no longer apply to this clinic.

They did not refuse help a few minutes before the end of the working day, all the other clinics that (according to Google) should still be working did not even pick up the phone. The wound was professionally and scrupulously treated and sewn up, a home treatment plan and medicines were issued. I definitely recommend it! I understand the resentment of some people whose pets could not be saved, but this is no reason to say that doctors are worthless. There are still hundreds of rescue cases, not everything depends on the doctor.

Competent and attentive staff. The clinic is equipped professionally: its own laboratory, they do their own tests (general and biochemical blood, urine, for pyroplasmosis and anaplasmosis - tick bite - they do blood smears), an excellent operating room. Unfortunately, we immediately turned to the city, from there we were sent to Veterinary Care (apparently by agreement), the dog was sent home from Veterinary Care to die, unable to diagnose even by blood tests. The dog was heavy and there was no hope! Thanks to Yakovitskaya Lyudmila Ivanovna, the dog has fully recovered in a month and is guarding and guarding the house as before! Thank you very much!

Why use a catheter with an empty bladder? Why prescribe Urolex and Stop cystitis if it's the same thing? There are more questions than answers. We turned to the ZooVet veterinary clinic on 09/11/2022 to help our pet, urine was almost not excreted, there was an appetite. Upon examination, the bladder was not filled. But at the same time, the "doctor" Korobushkina Anna Vasilyevna performed catheterization of the bladder, prescribed 8 injections + pills, they gave more than 100 rubles for everything, even though the prices on the website were different, after the injections in the evening the cat felt bad, stopped eating and drinking, the next day they called a veterinarian at the place of residence, to which we they said severe intoxication of the body and Analgin to animals is by no means allowed, the animal's condition worsened, as a result, our pet died on 09/13/2022. I strongly do not recommend this doctor and the organization. That's the case of how to make a corpse out of a practically healthy cat. Don't get into our situation!!!!!!
