For the price of the room everything perfect. There's fridge in the room. I would suggest to bring a kettle in the room.

A good budget hotel. It has its own free parking. It is relatively close to the metro. There is a bus and trolleybus stop nearby. The furniture in the rooms is decent. Very comfortable mattresses. Only one negative. Many rooms have a bathroom and a shower shared by two rooms (essentially rooms). You'll be lucky if no one gets into the next room. And so you have to put up with the fact that the shower can be occupied by neighbors.

A good inexpensive hotel built in the 80s of the last century, yes clean and tidy, yes quiet and not expensive, but still the spirit of the last century is present everywhere, not large halls, corridor passages, not large rooms, sometimes one toilet for two rooms, no microwave or hair dryer, although this should generally be the norm, there is a TV with cable and a refrigerator, large cupboards, there is wifi. The staff themselves are friendly, there is even an exchange office open on weekdays until 18. In general, it will not be bad for those who are not spoiled by modern delights of comfort. The view from the hotel window is both on the avenue and in the residential area. There is a subway not far away.

We were on vacation with my family and grandmother, we rented 2 rooms of the "business" type from the business, only 2 rooms, overall clean, tidy, very friendly staff. But, the hotel is very worn out. We had breakfast in the hotel cafe, I do not recommend it: everything is fried in seasoned oil, and the dishes are floating in oil, we took pancakes / scrambled eggs of 2 types, sandwiches, who have problems with the gastrointestinal tract, I really do not advise.

I liked the hotel, it's not far from the metro and the center, the price for a room in the block is low. The room is clean, cleaned every day! The beds with mattresses are comfortable, there is a fan. Of the cons, the hotel is not in a new building, and therefore when someone goes to the toilet or to the bathroom in the block from the next room, or just opens the door to the room, it is very noisy, because everything is shaking, everything is very audible (within the block). We chose the business room as an overnight stay on the way from Moscow to Grodno. It is located on the 9th floor. The room is almost like a 2-room apartment with a balcony. A large living room with upholstered furniture, a wardrobe across the width of the room (behind one of the closet doors there is a full-fledged refrigerator), a large table and consoles, shelves, with TV, air conditioning. There is an electric kettle, cups, glasses. There was no tea, coffee, etc.
The bedroom has a comfortable bed, a table with a mirror, TV. Air conditioning is a beast!)) But a second bedside table would not hurt, otherwise the second guest has nowhere to put his smartphone and personal belongings that should be at hand.
The bathroom is combined, there is a full bath and a hygienic shower. The water in the sink was leaving a little slowly.
Access to the balcony from both the bedroom and the living room. An overview of Minsk opens.
You can get to the center (Nemiga) by metro or by taxi (we used a taxi), but if you don't need attractions, there are cafes, shops, pharmacies, shopping centers, etc. around.
We took a room without breakfast, but decided to have breakfast so that we could safely drive to our destination. The cafe is small and modestly decorated, but the food is delicious and prepared to order according to the breakfast menu, the portions are very large. Interesting serving and serving of dishes.

We were with a group of children.We comfortably accommodated everyone on the 9th floor, a two-bedroom block + a single room, two toilets per block, one shower.There was no hair dryer.but it was uncritical for us.Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, the rooms were warm.There is a cafe downstairs, the children were fed there, they liked everything.It's not the center, but we got there by metro, quickly.A great budget option.Thanks!

A great option for very decent money! We stayed with a friend in a block-type economy class room from 18.07 to 22.07, we did not feel any inconvenience due to the block type. A wonderful economy class hotel. For two stars, this is just a great hotel! We took a standard room for two. There is a slight difficulty with wifi - only one device can be connected to one number. And we needed 4 because we came with laptops for work. This issue was solved by buying a local SIM card, which could be used to distribute the Internet.
There are several shopping malls with everything you need within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and a bus stop is also nearby.

For me, this building is not even associated with a hotel. I've been there many times, but all on business. It looks more like an economy class business center. There are massages, dentistry, courses, and tutors.... Inside, the rooms (at least those that had it inside) have a complete scoop. A hotel from the 90s in a bad way. Everything is old, dreary, Grandma has become. But at the same time, it must be said when was the last time I heard the administrator talking with a visitor. A normal hotel, don't cling :) cleanliness, like in kindergarten. A security guard and cameras are in place, a couple of elevators, a coffee machine and a good cafe on the ground floor. I read a review that in the morning in order to take a hair dryer, there were no maids, so I took a hair dryer in advance in the evening, there were no problems. I really liked the hotel! We lived for 4 days in two different rooms, as there was no room for the entire stay. The room is clean, the garbage was taken out every day. There was one shower room and two bathrooms for 2 rooms. The staff is polite, the reception desk is open around the clock. On the 1st floor there is a currency exchange office, which is very convenient, there is a hairdresser, there is an elevator, a cooler on each floor. There are several popular supermarkets near the hotel. Of the minuses, perhaps only the distance from the metro, which we needed (20 minutes on foot to Petrovshchyna station). If we manage to be in Minsk again, we will be happy to come back here!

There is also a utility room, there is a large closet, refrigerator, ironing board. In the second room there is a table, a sofa and 2 armchairs. A teapot, 2 cups and two glasses. And, by the way, there were two 0.5 bottles of water in the refrigerator. It's very cool in this heat. Each room has air conditioning. There is an adjacent balcony, but it looks doubtful, we did not dare to go out on it)
The area is residential, there is nowhere to go. But if you are with children, then there is a cool park with playgrounds nearby. Well, there are a lot of shops nearby

We got into this hotel by accident. It was urgently necessary to stay in Minsk for one night, and then such an offer turned up. While driving to the hotel, we read various reviews, and there were a lot of several negative ones. We began to prepare ourselves for the worst. But, to our joy, all fears were not justified. My family of 3 people got a two-room room. In fact, there are two bathrooms and a shower. The rooms are clean, the mattresses on the beds are very comfortable, and there is a refrigerator. A bottle of water for each guest. The underwear is new. We were notified immediately after booking the room that the hot water was turned off in the department during this period. Due to this, the room price was reduced by 30%. But we only needed one night on the m, so this was not an obstacle for us. Since it was all summer, there were very warm days, we still took a shower, but surprisingly the water was comfortable, not icy. There is a parking lot for guests' cars next to the hotel, which is closed by a barrier. We had breakfast for a fee in the hotel cafe. No frills, scrambled eggs, porridge. We were satisfied.

We had an economy room in a 2-room block, the only thing that was available 2 weeks before the trip. There are double and single rooms in the block.I didn't see or hear the neighbor from the single room. The furniture is normal, the linen is clean, not worn out. The towels are old. A big plus is the dense blackout curtains.
On the ground floor there is a cafe, a bank, a barber shop not visited. There are public transport stops near the hotel, but we walked to the subway through the park. Near the Moscow market, 2 supermarkets, KFS, Dodo pizza, pharmacies, a large park with developed infrastructure.

A good hotel , for its price . Good responsive staff. Everything you need is there. We are ready to do the cleaning daily (if required). The room is spacious, with everything you need.
The only thing that you don't know is who you'll have to share the toilet with.. we came across a "pig". Although there are two rooms, two toilets and 1 shower, and without losing square meters, we could make a layout - each room has its own toilet. The room has a kettle, cups, glasses, cutting board, refrigerator, table.. but no knife and spoon.- this is already a quibble , but we really missed it ; we ate by ourselves , although there is a wonderful , not expensive coffee shop on the 1st floor of the hotel. For those who are considering this hotel , in order to walk around Minsk, it is worth paying attention to the not very good location relative to the metro stations , the nearest one (Petrovshchyna) is a 15-minute walk away. This did not bother us, as there are no problems with our legs (health).
All my quibbles, there is one fat plus - for 85 rubles (for 2023) you will not find anything cheaper, but with such a really very decent service.

A large number of rooms, we were able to book accommodation about a week in advance (and then, if a day earlier, then immediately the room we originally wanted). There is an elevator, a luggage storage, a cafe, a bank. 24-hour front desk, cash payment in bel.rubles or by card (the world has read).
If you are traveling together, then take a room with one double bed, it will be more spacious. Although the mattress on the bed looks like a slide that you roll down. With separate beds, the room is slightly smaller, but also not bad. The only trouble is with the sockets in it.
The description on the website is true, booking is cheaper through the hotel's website.
The staff is polite and helpful.
The area is quiet and peaceful. Like it. It's like I've come home. For those who are new, we recommend visiting the Euroopt store nearby. It's a 20-minute walk to the metro, it's a long way, but you can transfer by bus.

We lived with a child in a single double room in a block (2 separate rooms and a shared shower + toilet).A wide clean room, a large double bed, a refrigerator, a kettle, towels, gel and shampoo; a hairdryer was provided on request. They walked on the floor carpet in white socks - they remained white :) We went in April, when the night subzero temperature suddenly returned, and the heating was already turned down. Saved the heater. Let's go there again. I recommend it!

A good hotel. We lived in a family room. Mattresses on the beds - fire!!! Very comfortable. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two TVs, two refrigerators. A kettle and a hairdryer are provided without question. Responsive staff. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the metro, but along a beautiful avenue with excellent road surface. There are many supermarkets nearby.
