I'm thrilled! I contacted this company and did not regret it. The guys did their job in the best possible way: quickly and beautifully, and most importantly, efficiently and professionally. They left a very pleasant impression. The manager's girlfriend is pleasant and polite, she told and oriented everything in an accessible way. I recommend to everyone who wants a house, I recommend starting with a firm of 1000 projects. Before that, I already had an "excellent" experience of ordering a cheap project, where in 3 months they drew 7 pages of the so-called project, and when I showed it to my friend the foreman, he advised me to throw it away and not even think about building a house on it. Having worked with a wonderful team of 1000 projects, I really understand why a project cannot cost 350 rubles. Which is very cool: we went to the site, talked for 3 hours on the site (the foreman and the architect arrived), asked a lot of questions, gave a link and I went to it at any moment and saw my house, everyone is always in touch, no one disappears for 5 days, it seems to me that while we were discussing everything, I have already started and to understand the construction))) Thanks again to everyone!

everything is just super, just a great company, by the way, the only ones who offered free access to our site, my husband and I still couldn't do it, so we just threw off the coordinates and the architect left on her own, then met in the office and even during the first meeting we already made the first sketches of our future home. Sometimes it seemed to me that I got everyone with my questions and ideas about the project. I am very grateful that in the end they took into account all my wishes, and most importantly that they told me that not everything I wanted would be good. It is very convenient that they sent me a link and my husband and I were able to see our house in 3d from all sides. The project was agreed upon the first time and we are very much looking forward to the start of construction

Two years ago, we were looking for a better place to order the construction of a two-story frame house. We wanted a winter option, because we planned to move from the city closer to nature)) We had a limited budget, we couldn't go beyond it. Here we were given a full estimate, it included all the materials + the work of the builders. We were satisfied with the price, most importantly, we did not go beyond our budget. The builders worked efficiently, smoothly, and foremen Maxim and Sergey, really, professionals in their field, coordinated the workers, made sure that everything was done well, and if, suddenly, something was done wrong somewhere, they immediately asked to redo it. It was built in 6 months, even the finishing work was done! From my experience of living, I got a very comfortable, warm, dry house:)

I applied to this company to build a country house. And I must say I didn't regret it. The company's work is organized at a high level in all areas. First, we met with the architect, and we determined the project of the house with him. The project was agreed upon the first time! I was completely satisfied with the price. And the guys started building. The house was built within the agreed time frame. The house was put into operation without complaints.

We decided to build our own house, looked at different versions of projects, many successful and interesting ones, but stopped at the project with garage 1382. No changes were made, everything is exactly as we wanted - a spacious house with large rooms, a great option for our family with three children. We decided to build a house outside the city, but we didn't know who to turn to. We searched a lot of sites and made a lot of calls to companies on this topic, but in the end some had a very busy schedule and had to wait for several months, while others were just openly rude to us in response to our questions. Thank God, one evening a friend came to visit us and we talked about the topic that we want to build a country house, but we don't know who to turn to for a project and construction. And then he says that he had the same problem and spent a lot of time until he came across 1000 projects. He said the guys are really professionals in their field and he is very pleased with the result. He advised us to go to the website and familiarize ourselves with different project options. As a result, my wife and I liked the 1111 house project. On the same day, they called the specified phone number on the website and left a request. A couple of hours later, they called us back and agreed on all the nuances, and the next day they sent us the contract. We were pleased with such promptness. After 7 days, we already had a project, and a month later the foundation was even filled in. So far, the construction has been stopped, because this year we have done even more than planned. Hello everyone. We decided to build a house, at first our friends advised us to one company, but it was not there, not here, and they also borrowed a huge amount of money. Scouring the Internet, we accidentally came across 1000 projects. After looking closely for a long time, my husband and I decided to order a project. This summer we started building our house, for a number of reasons we chose a frame one, firstly it is cheaper, secondly it is easier to erect, if everything is done correctly, it will not be hot in summer and warm in winter. We studied a lot of information, but if you don't really understand it yourself, try to build it, that's why we asked for help in 1000 projects. As long as we don't regret it, we immediately liked the good-naturedness and responsiveness, so unusual for our country, they don't try to send you out quickly for another piece of paper, close for a tea party, or even offer nonsense if you want to take it, if you want to get out, the same architect Irina corrected the project several times, until we were satisfied with the One hundred percent. Again, pouring the foundation, I liked that the mixer came on time, the time was agreed with us, and we did not have to adjust, the same workers again work professionally, they know their business, polite, courteous, without the smell of fumes, they answer questions willingly. We do not regret that we turned here, we still need to finish with the roof before winter, we hope that nothing will change, and everything will be fine, and this review will spur the company to work even better.

Thanks to the specialists who took into account all the wishes, nuances and little things, doing exactly what I need. The bureau staff also gave recommendations on the purchase of materials, suggested where it is cheaper to order them and in what quantity. I recommend the company, I liked everything.

Our family is from the Khoinitsky district. At first, the executive committee sent us to conclude an agreement with a Gomel company, they told us to build a better place with them on a preferential loan. They haven't even started anything for more than six months. Only the blocks were brought. Even their foreman said that there are no people, there is no one to build, look for another company. I found these people, they told me they would take it. I brought a new contract to the bank, but they tell me that I need to terminate the old one otherwise nothing will work. I terminated the old contract for almost six months, wrote letters to them and already wanted to complain. The bank approved the new agreement for me only in December. We started work on 1000 projects almost immediately, we looked at the project, they said that concrete would be poured under the bottom of the blocks, and not as in the project it was just sand. Nowadays, and even with our prices and salaries, it is oh so difficult to build, while you do not turn to anyone, projects are offered as for settlers of thrushes with a lot of money. This company is the only exception to those who have been contacted. Architect Anastasia really heard me, and made the project even higher than my expectations in a combination of price and quality. It is for this that five stars are awarded, for the ability to hear the client, and the desire to please him by making him happy, and not just standing with his more money.
