We really liked it. We have been here many times, that says it all. People don't go to the same hotel if they don't like it. The location is great, the service is excellent waiters, excellent management who will always help if there are any questions The food is good, but personally I do not eat spicy and fried, I would like to add completely dietary dishes, such as meat without spices, tomato, stew.but most importantly, we were satisfied, because the hotel is getting better and better every year and we will come here again))

This is a top hotel! Two swimming pools, two bars nearby, drinks, Coca-Cola, fanta,German beer, coffee, Turkish wines for free! Ice cream, fruits - for free!
The first coast is the best Cleopatra beach, the azure sea! The visitors are Europeans.
Mostly the staff, reception, visitors, communicate in English. Who needs to practice English Welcome!

I liked the hotel, the food was varied, there were many dishes with vegetables, the staff was quiet and attentive. The water in the pool is heated, there are only two deeper pools, and two for kids. the rooms are clean, the beach is nearby and most importantly there is no traffic like in other hotels. The visitors are elderly Germans, so it's very quiet and peaceful. I recommend. Very close to the funicular to the fortress, the archaeological museum, many cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, souvenirs, courts, shops.

Great hotel. An honest foursome. Conveniently located, close to the beach, and all the tourist spots of Alanya. Kitchen without complaints. Bar. Two pools. The staff is kind of stuffy.

A good hotel for a good quarter. The content of the guests is mainly "German sobes". At the reception, one employee speaks Russian. In April, there were a lot of fruits in the dining room, including good ripe strawberries. The beach in front of the hotel is within walking distance. On the beach, do not leave any bags on the sun loungers, because beach number 6 is especially popular with local thieves . My bag was stolen, I saw it while in the water. In my case , I feel sorry for the bright beach bag , my favorite leggings and sunscreen , there were no other valuables there . The hotel card is only, the receptionist said, since it was stolen, you don't have to pay for the card. It is useless and long to call the police because of pants and creams. There are no cameras there, as well as chances to find your belongings. Be careful yourself 😊

Excellent location, the best option is price-quality. A small, cozy city-type hotel and at the same time practically on the beach. The cuisine is acceptable, but for gourmets it is better to take only breakfast, and eat in the evening in any eatery, there are a great many of them there. The video shows the view from the room.

I had a rest at the end of May 2023. Almost all tourists in the hotel are retired from Europe. The hotel is quiet, there are no animations, no music (even in the bar), it resembles a boarding house for the elderly! Here is a top-level kitchen for every taste! If you are young and want an active, fun vacation, then 100% you are not here!

Poor Internet connection - if you are going to work, then local Wi-FI will not be enough for you to work remotely. The connection is unstable, the speed does not exceed 3 Mbit/s
The locker room is on one floor, the indoor pool and sauna are on the other. There are not enough lockers in the locker room.
Pool towels are not provided. There is a sign that you can't take a towel out of the room, but the staff says to take a towel out of the room.
The sound insulation in the rooms leaves much to be desired. It can be heard down to the individual phrases that the neighbors utter.

Nice hotel near the beach. New cozy rooms. Clean, delicious food. A self-service buffet.
You choose and serve the food yourself.
It's quiet after 23.00.
Of the cons: there is no kettle in the room, no beach towels. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid.

I will leave a review about my best and unexpected impression of the Riviera Hotel. We arrived with my husband at the invitation of a real estate agency, we were placed in this hotel, the agency paid for our stay at the hotel for 4 days. At the end of my stay, I fell ill with Covid and while undergoing PCR testing, we were quarantined in another room. We were completely unprepared for the unplanned expenses for accommodation and meals during the illness. Until the last day, I was very worried that we would be billed an impressive bill and we would have to borrow money from our relatives in order to pay off. I chose only breakfast from the food in order to try to reduce costs as much as possible, but breakfast and dinner were brought to me every day. when I asked why, they just answered that everything was OK. dinner was brought to me so impressive that I had food left for lunch the next day and even a snack during the day. After 7 days, to my happiness and great surprise, we were billed for 1800 Turkish lira for the entire period of stay, when converted into rubles it is about 10 thousand rubles, while meals were included in this price (at the same time, I looked that the cost of living for a day here cost about 4 thousand rubles). I am extremely grateful to the staff of this hotel for such care and for what they did so worthily and nobly. I admire this country and these people. Thank you very much, you are super.

We had a vacation with our daughter in early October ..The hotel was chosen based on reviews and location. I liked absolutely everything: the friendliness of the staff , room service ( a room with a beautiful view of the sea on the 4th floor) , food , the beach. The hotel is wonderfully located: near the beach, Ataturk Boulevard, a cave, a funicular on which you can climb to the fortress, many cafes and restaurants. We will definitely come here again!

The first day here, just getting used to it. The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are as in the photos. New, cozy, modern. The staff is quite themselves, ready to help and explain everything. They don't speak Russian, which can be a problem, but they speak English and German very well. Wi-Fi is weak, there is only at the reception, in the rooms - where-how, in one room it does not catch at all, and in the other (mine) it catches, because I am next to the reception, and I also have a sea view, although I did not pay for it - it's nice. The sea is right across the road (narrow). But if there are a lot of connections, then of course it will fall off. Otherwise, everything is fine. There are two pools. In short, the hotel is on a solid 4-star, which it is officially. As long as I can, I recommend it :)
