I was dissatisfied with many things during my stay at the hotel. First of all, the quality of the food was far below expectations; there were serious shortcomings in hygiene and variety. The receptionists were not competent and solution-oriented in taking care of the guests. In addition, some of the information provided on the hotel's website and at the time of booking did not reflect the truth. This situation has negatively affected our holiday plans. We had previously preferred relying on positive comments, but what we experienced did not meet our expectations. I'm hoping for improvements to be made.Please check it one last time before booking and say no and give up, don't regret it.

All of the working staff are friendly and helpful. The food and desserts are delicious. The rooms have beds and the bathroom is very convenient. The cleanliness and hygiene in the whole hotel are remarkably good.
