You can go to this hotel in order to test yourself for humility and acceptance :)
The wallpaper is falling off, the two-room room has one room without windows, a walk-through room, the joint of the ceiling and the window was leaking, there was a smell of smoking in our room. Perhaps there was a structure in our room that drew out odors from the lower floors. The sauna is 57 degrees maximum (from 20 to 22 hours), the women's locker room is under repair, there is no shower in the spa (you will wash in a warm hammam or climb sweaty into the room), the sofas in the spa are dirty and dusty. It was so unpleasant for me to be in the room. An asthmatic will worsen his health.
Advantages - lots of beds, a baby cot. If you want a room for five, come in, excellent breakfast, parking, microwave, tea, coffee, juice throughout the day and night, responsive English-speaking staff. Internet connection is smooth, not noisy.

Positive:
1. The staff is polite and pleasant. There are Russian-speaking employees. They help solve problems.
2. Large balcony
3. Close to the old town
4. Good breakfasts for 3*
5. Good cleaning every day.
6. Conveniently located if you get from the airport (except terminal 2 - it's better to take a taxi there).
Minuses:
1. There were flaws in the room upon check-in. Almost all the problems have been eliminated. After the request.
2. There is no door in the shower cabin in room 602. Fix it!
3. A little far from the beaches (except the old town). It is difficult to walk in the heat. But there are many transport stops near Gostina. You can get there. I chose the hotel deliberately, so I don't consider it a disadvantage.

An average hotel, very well located. But it is almost not updated, it degrades from year to year. You won't get hot water in the morning and evening. The repair is terrible. The breakfasts are meager. But the price covers everything. And yes, don't get fooled by the spa. The sauna is barely warm, the hammam is icy, disappointing.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the sea, where you can take a lot of cool photos, there is a park and many shops nearby. We found a huge room, the size of a thirty-square living room, everything is pretty clean. There is a small terrace with stunning views of the old town and the mountains. The bathroom has shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. There were no dental cleaning kits, so I advise you to take them with you. The staff speaks English and partly Russian, as well as a Russian-speaking guy working in the bar. The staff is quite polite, but they will rarely greet you :)
The breakfasts are not bad, the usual buffet without frills. I liked only a few dishes, I recommend vegetables, puff pastry with cheese and coffee from the machine. It is pointless to buy alcohol in the hotel, it is several times more expensive than in any Turkish store. If you take anything from there, it's just cocktails. You can call a taxi directly from the hotel, to the nearest shopping center about 10 minutes on foot, to a pedestrian mall with shops 15-20 minutes.
p.s. if you walk near the hotel, then do not pay attention to the "guchi perfume for five juro" and boys with flowers. Wiring for tourists.

The hotel is not bad for 3 , but the staff does not work well , you come up and tell the reason that something is not working or there is not enough in the room is not solved . For example, we got up in the morning, there is no hot water , went down to the reception , explained , they say to twist something and it will be, everything was done and so and so there is no and that's it. it was impossible to wash with a small child. We went for a walk, we come to have hot water! I honestly do not recommend this hotel! The staff is not working well, the client is not interesting to them!!(

The hotel is ideally located in terms of location. In the city center, there are many cafes, a bazaar, and the old town nearby.
At the moment when we booked, I think it turned out to be expensive.
The breakfasts are monotonous, but you can drink coffee and make a sandwich, I didn't need more in the morning)

The rooms are smoky, it smells really strong, I changed 2 rooms but still did not fix the situation, I had to move out and move to a nearby hotel. Creepy hotel,
The floor is dirty, there is dust everywhere, the door handle on the balcony is broken.
The location is not the most pleasant, near the old town, a small park - this is where the good ends, there is not a single decent cafe around, you leave the hotel as if to a market where slippers, shawarma and suitcases are sold around the clock.
All plumbing is kept on my word of honor, the shower cabin has terribly slippery tiles, there is no surface in the bathroom to put a toothbrush cream, etc.,
The closet is very small, there is nothing in the hallway where to put things, there is no shoe spoon,
There are only a couple of channels on TV, there were damaged batteries in the remote control,
They gave a broken cot for the child, and ignored the request to fix or replace it.
The lighting didn't work everywhere, BUT the bedside lamps *** were like 100,000 lumens floodlights.
The breakfasts are terrible, everything is tasteless, dried up, spoiled. Only cupcakes and bread with portion jam and shock were edible.with pasta.
There is NO KETTLE in the ROOM, it was critical for us to make porridge for the child, we were offered to buy boiling water for 50 t.l., there is a refrigerator in which there was a tray overflowing with water, apparently due to defrosting.
We were given probably the best room, a corner one, on the top floor, with a huge balcony, the view was excellent and the neighbors could only be heard from the corridor, but there was no noise insulation at all from the street, at night we poured into Muslim prayers from a neighboring mosque, and during the day we enjoyed the sounds of repair work.
From a good one, you can wash a package of things for 150 t.l.

It's a great place. Everything is beautiful, a modern hotel. Breakfast is not bad either. The only drawback is the noise until one o'clock in the morning, but the hotel is located in the city center.
I liked everything, I recommend it.
A huge plus, the hotel has its own parking (there is nowhere to park a car in the area). Park the car at the entrance, the valet parks it himself in the parking lot.

We were in the middle of September. A good hotel, from which you can walk to the paid beach of Mermerli or the free beach of Konyalti. The old town is also nearby. Towels are changed frequently at the hotel, shampoo, shower gel and hair balm are updated, but the floors have not been washed once in 6 days, although they asked for cleaning.
