Probably, refilling cartridges is the only specialty of this organization or just lazy craftsmen. I brought a home printer for repair with a paper supply problem, as it was revealed on the spot - a problem with the paper sensor. Along the way, they tried to "push" me to check and possibly replace the CISS, because I turned it off for ease of transportation - I refused such a service. I left the printer, and a few days later I receive an SMS with a refusal to repair it. I came to pick up the printer and at the same time find out the reason for the refusal, the girl at the reception called the master in front of me and he said that he had checked everything and did not know how to fix it, because I had already soldered some elements on the formatter board on my own. The answer surprised me, of course, and I took the printer home full of confusion. Already at home, I disassembled it myself, read the forums and found a very simple solution to my problem - I did not install the formatter board in the right groove, which is why it stood crookedly and the sensor did not work correctly. Did the master, just like me, not put the board correctly or just did not even disassemble and check anything. It will remain a mystery to me...
