I bought a child a watch in the first grade, KIDPHONE FRESH, after a month and a half the battery was enough for only 5 hours of work without use, then they beep constantly (that they were discharged) and after two or three hours they turn off at full discharge. I gave it to their service. A week later, they were flashed (software was updated) and in conclusion they wrote that the battery defect was not detected. Although according to the information on the website they should keep the charge up to 72 hours.
I took the watch, they stopped communicating with the smartphone with the updated software, respectively, all the geolocation functions and so on do not work, you can call them, but not from them. The battery, specially detected, was discharged from full charge 5 hours before the discharge indication without using the functionality of the watch. They refuse to take the goods and return the money under the guise of expertise, and the watch can no longer be used at all. It feels like they have a share of expertise. I wrote a statement to the head of the store about this situation and about a refund. Waiting for an answer.
I wanted the child to have some kind of guaranteed connection, but here it is necessary to do some kind of "dancing with a tambourine" with the store. For more than a week on examination, no one notifies, now wait two weeks for the application to be considered ...

The protection+ program is a large-scale deception. The store administration shrugs off responsibility by referring to the agreements on the protection+ program. We gave the KRUPS coffee machine for repair in a normal condition. And it came after the repair (the repair took 60 days) in a broken view.(Drip tray) There is no way to check the coffee machine because the drip tray is broken.We contacted the store .to which it was replied, wait 15 days for a response regarding this breakdown. we do not provide information on repairs (where repairs took place) . They do not provide an act of repair work. People read the contract of the protection program +.The contract is drawn up so that they help themselves, but not as a buyer.
