As a result, he refused to accept the order and refuted it by saying that he has a lot of regular customers. He doesn't need new ones. Absolutely does not know how to work with clients + boorish attitude. I do not recommend ordering anything at all from this company!!!! The agreements are not respected at all and still need to be begged. If you don't want to run your own business, then you don't need to start.

I ordered in advance, so the deadlines were not on fire, but everything was still quite prompt. I picked it up myself, there is a convenient parking near the office. They helped me get to the car)
