The agency is not very good. They do not warn about all the nuances that the client has to face when booking a tour. They can also change the departure dates of an already purchased tour. I used to be a regular customer and experienced their work firsthand. The prices of this agency are high, higher than their competitors. In general, if you don't want problems with travel arrangements, then don't contact them. I do not recommend this agency.
