We had a vacation in July 2025. I really liked everything, the food is almost around the clock, you can always find something delicious for yourself. Soups and salads are quite specific, but there is a salad bar where you can mix yourself any salad, lots of vegetables, fruits, side dishes, meat, fish, rolls, seafood. Ice cream and desserts are all delicious. The territory is just great, there hasn't been a day that we haven't found a free sunbed, either on the beach or by the pools. There are pools with animation and music, there are quiet secluded places in the shade of pine trees and palm trees. Drinks, including alcoholic beverages, ice cream, chips / nuts, towels - you can take them without restrictions. The beach is clean, access to the sea is smooth, drinks at the beach bar are the same. Water park and children's swimming areas The staff almost all speak Russian, everyone is friendly, they keep the area clean. Every evening there are beautiful shows on the big stage, then live music or karaoke, every evening was interesting. On the child's birthday, a cake with candles and a postcard was brought to our room, it was nice. Wi-fi catches the whole area well, even by the sea. But you won't buy a SIM card there, and there's no currency exchange either. There are souvenir shops, a candy store, a fur salon, a jewelry store, and a mini-market with essential goods. Once I had to buy a Band-Aid there, for 450 lire! It's simple. moreover, there are no price tags for anything, the feeling is that the price depends on the wishes of the seller. I have read reviews that the rooms require repair. It's true, of course everything works, cleaning is daily, a mini-bar is daily, but of course it all looks so-so. The bathrobes and towels are shoddy. But even this did not spoil the good impression of this hotel. Separately, I would like to say about the taxi. If you order at the reception, it comes out to about 40 euros, which is very shitty. We decided to use Yandex.Taxi for 10 euros. several cars reached the barrier and canceled the trip. Then it turned out why - there is a taxi on duty at the hotel, which does not let anyone else through. One taxi driver took our order, but asked us to move away so that the taxi at the hotel would not see him. We went to the subway at 200, and when we got into the car, the taxi driver of the hotel blocked the way for us, and for two minutes he cursed with ours. I'm at a loss with this situation of course. We really like the hotel for its large and super well-groomed territory - there are several beautiful pools in the shade of pines and palm trees, there are pools for very young children, shallow 40 cm each, the rest 140 cm each, There is a separate mini water park with slides for children and a large slide for adults, a tennis court and a volleyball court with snow-white sand, Its own beach, where there are always places under umbrellas and a beach bar with drinks and ice cream, A separate love buffet menu for every taste and stomach, food, territory, pools and beach - all for 5+++ But the rooms and their service at a 5-star hotel they don 't really pull ( I 'm writing about the standard , because we 've always had enough money for them ) The hotel also has higher-class rooms and separate "villas" - everything may be fine there, but the repair and furniture standards are 4 ku, the refrigerator is weak at all, towels were not always given enough this time for everyone without reminding how many people are in the room, But for us the room - these are small things (the main thing is the joy if you got a good view - we had to quarrel and turn to our tour agent for help in order to get a room with a good view , not the one that was originally offered and they claimed that everything was occupied and there were no others , it turned out that there was after all)
