We had a family vacation with a large group of friends in IC. Our family lived in the villa, and everyone else lived in the IC Green building. We spent most of our time in the main area . The territory is gorgeous both there and there, you can endlessly take pictures! Everything is green , well-groomed , thoughtful ! In terms of nutrition, you can find anything, the range is huge, everything is delicious! We visited A la carte restaurants and were satisfied with the taste and variety of dishes. The only thing I didn't like was the somewhat noisy atmosphere in the restaurants. In this regard, the atmosphere in the villas is much more pleasant! The villas have a free room service-very convenient! We were pampered with fruits and champagne almost every day! Many thanks to Elena, who made our vacation special and memorable! I have something to compare it with, I have been to more than 50 hotels in Turkey, I have been to premium hotels, but despite all the features of more expensive and comfortable options, this hotel has captivated with its sincerity and warmth!The management tries to make each guest's vacation special. Do not hesitate to speak out in a delicate way about the shortcomings that you are not satisfied with, the hotel is working to eliminate them. I understand that vacation prices are now flying into space , but I can safely say that in the current reality, the hotel is worth the money . Near the airport, the first line, a beautiful beach, varied food, a chic territory, responsive staff, cool water park and entertainment for children, high-quality alcohol, I especially want to highlight the mixoloji bar-very tasty cocktails for children and adults and super-serving! We are relaxing at the hotel and writing a review while everything is fresh in my memory. The hotel is good, it draws on the food, it is above all praise here! Especially the tortillas on the beach, and the presence of bars anywhere, and what a cold caramel frappuccino... But! The air conditioner in the room just drives the air, the refrigerator does not cool, the mini-bar is replenished at the request of the maid. The child has been waiting for the classic performance of animal towels since the first day, but it's only for the money, and we wouldn't mind leaving a tip if it was worth it. There are many pools, they clean all night and, in principle, the territory is well maintained. We've been to water parks, the kids are thrilled, and so are the adults. It was not a pleasant experience on the beach , we left baby supplies between the sun beds for the night , during the day the sun beds were not even half occupied , we came in the morning and saw how our inventory was lying in a pile, but something had already been pocketed. The towels that are provided for free are short and washed, it's time to update, otherwise there will be holes soon. Of course, it's also sad that there are absolutely no branded gifts, for example, bags for the beach, in all hotels this is already commonplace. In general, the hotel is not bad, but there is room to grow and change!) P.S. we have room 1010, a view of the palm tree and the pool, in the evening it is noisy from music with children we do not recommend Thanks to the staff at the reception, Mursel is very responsive and kind, helped with all matters, speaks good Russian, always goes to a meeting) it is urgently necessary to reward such a good employee. I also really liked all the waiters, and especially Hussein at the Mexican restaurant, he gets along well with children, is very attentive.
