The phone was issued and given away immediately, the watch said it was out of stock, that it would be in a couple of days. More than a week has passed since the purchase, so no one called or gave any information, and upon arrival at the salon (she came 2 times), the consultant said that this was not her problem and wait for the call.

Terrible service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!! I took the iPhone 12 phone under warranty (the camera stopped working), the consultants said the repair took 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I contacted the salon, to which they replied "14 working days holidays are not taken into account" it's a nightmare!!! not knowing the repair time. moreover, when I handed over the phone, the consultants did not know how to turn it off and where to get a SIM card! The horror! My phone has not been repaired in 30 calendar days. the money was refunded for the phone, but the amount was not refunded for the additional guarantee purchased. The worst service I've ever seen.
