Quite a sensible glass installation desk. The staff is competent, cultured, quite courteous, knows their tasks. I changed the windshield, installed a heated KMK and rain and light sensors. All functions work as expected. They guarantee the serviceability of functions, to eliminate the detected defect. It is possible to record for a certain time. However, keep in mind that the recording time is very conditional. When I called to make an appointment, I was asked for 9, 10, 11, etc. with an interval of one hour. Well, I chose 10 o'clock, arrived, there was one car at work. I was told that they would finish this car soon and after it it would be possible to stop by. So, we managed to stop by at ten to eleven. It was done relatively quickly, in about an hour. In general, it's better not to plan things end-to-end.
There is a small waiting room with a soft sofa, a TV, an SPS4 game console, discs with games and movies, a coffee machine, a table with pencils, decorations, etc. for children, a heater. Of course, I would like this room to be cleaned up a little more often, but its presence in itself already commands respect for taking care of customers.
I applied on the recommendation and taking into account the feedback. In general, I am satisfied, I can recommend it.

We contacted Maria's manager about installing a windshield. They said that everything is available, choose the time for recording and send it to Viber. I sent it to Viber on Thursday at 10.00, there was no response until Friday at 12.00. I called back and it turned out that there was no glass available, and wait 3 weeks. Without warnings or apologies. When contacting the head, he said that these are my problems and there is nothing terrible here, look further. I do not recommend this company. After 15 minutes, I solved my question in another company, and even cheaper.

I was looking for a replacement glass. I should note right away that the price turned out to be the lowest among all those I turned to, and there were more than 12 of them. We agreed on the morning at 9.00. I arrived at 8.55 a.m. the masters were on site, they said to wait. As a result, the car drove in only at 9.15 a.m. The glass was replaced, they told about the nuances. There are no questions about gluing, but there were pieces of dirt on the panel and the torpedo, apparently they were under the seal when the body was wiped, they just fell into the cabin, as well as pieces of old glass, neither wiped nor vacuumed, maybe this is compensation for the low price?. The final calculation did not bring any surprises, the price has not changed.

Приехал в выходной день под конец рабочего дня. Ребята остались после работы и поставили стекло! Где понадобилось зачистили и покрасили рамку кузова под стекло. По качеству притезий нет. Установили лобовое стекло быстро. Единственный минус есть небольшая царапина на алюминиевом молдинге лобового стекла, но для меня это не критично! Удобный подъезд, в отличии от некоторых конкурентов! Приятный в общении персонал. Белое полотно потолка осталось чистым. После процедуры нужно воспользоваться пылесосом (где бы вы стекло не ставили). Стекло было в наличии на относительно редкий автомобиль.

Меняла лобовое стекло, осталась оооочень довольна. Приехала с ребёнком, ждали в комнате ожидания, где был телевизор, мягкий диван, кофемашина, плейстейшн, для ребёнка карандаши и рисовалки... Очень уютненько и дружелюбная атмосфера))
Отдельно хотелось поблагодарить парня, который предложил попробовать убрать царапины с бампера полировкой и ни копейки за это не взял))
Нужно теперь заехать отблагодарить отдельно))

Приехал поменять лобовое. Поменяли быстро и качественно, однако стекло оказалось с дефектом ( три полосы приломления ). Позвонил, сказал что есть такой вопрос, компания без вопросов согласилась поменять стекло. Все отлично! Буду обращаться . Даже подкрасили дворники, за что отдельное спасибо!

Обратился с проблемой. Протекала вода на пассажирский ковер. Исследование показало ,что дело не в лобовом стекле. Ребята категорически отказались брать за работу ( хотя я считаю это работа) деньги . Это характеризует честность и порядочность сервиса. Поэтому и пишу благодарственный отзыв. Также посоветовали к кому обратится дальше. Т.к. не их спецификация. Спасибо.

Отличный сервис, парни мастера своего дела, показали где какие косяки и предложили варианты их решения. При замене стекла предложили заменить верхнюю резинку и при том на более лучшего варианта чем была старая, делают качественно, ставил стекло с обогревом, все работает как часики.

Сначала мурыжили меня 3 недели, каждый раз говорили либо приедет в среду, либо в пятницу и мы вас обязательно позвоним. 3 недели я им перезванивал и наконец, они позвонили и сказали есть. Цена меня устроила. Сегодня в 14:30 спрашиваю можно ли поставить и цена актуальна - да, конечно, ждем. Но спустя пол часа, мне оставался 1 светофор до них, перезванивают, цена увеличилась на 55 рублей. приехали..
Извините, но заслужили -1 балл в репутацию

По поводу стекол точно не знаю, но рычаги напротив восстанавливают на отлично и ценник гуманный, а у стекольщиков всегда машинами вся территория забита, явно не просто так, значит хорошо работают)))

Очень помогли с установкой стекла, и главное утром 31 декабря, когда все практически было закрыто, цена полностью адекватная и быстро все сделали, есть комната для клиентов, так что не придётся ждать на улице.

Меняла лобовое на своем Lexus т.к. на родном пошли трещины. Мне нужно было уже проходить ТО, а как известно стекло это первое на что смотрят. Что касается сервиса - сработали оперативно и качественно, у них много стекол в наличии. Всего 1 час и проблема решена. Цены отличные. Персонал вежливый и профессиональный. Рекомендую!

Компания в которой можно приобрести новое ветровое стекло для автомобиля и установить его. Во время установки провести время в комнате ожидания играя в PS4 или смотря большой перечень телеканалов под стаканчик кофе из установленного кофеаппарата.
