Take a photo of the review right away. It is unclear why the booking has such a high rating. Look at the reviews on the maps, there are both ratings and reviews corresponding to reality. About the hotel: They immediately demanded a "deposit" of 20 thousand tenge, allegedly for a minibar.
Then they gave out the keys to the room. After opening the "room" we woke up abruptly: the view from the window, stated in the description as "on the patio" in reality turned out to be a view of a garbage dump, an extension (see photo). There is no daylight coming through this dump. We immediately demanded to change the room, to which we were given a card from another room in a few seconds. At the same time, approaching the reception, we heard a conversation between the girl at the reception and the maid, "what did they want, a view of the mountains?" I'm sorry, but definitely not to the landfill!
Now in order:
1. The size of the room is 10 meters at most, not stated in any way 18: there is only a bed and a bedside table in which there is a refrigerator.
2. There is a refrigerator, but it is turned off because the plug does not fit into the outlet. We call the reception again.
3. There is zero noise insulation, all conversations in the copy room are audible.
4. If you do not open the window before leaving, damp, stale air will be expected upon return. Vetilation 0.
5. Breakfast: very meager. It's hard to consider this as a breakfast, it's better not to focus on it (see photo). Breakfast should be picked up at the reception in trays and eaten in the room on the bed, since chairs, as well as a table, are not provided. Of the appliances, only spoons, forks are not provided either. For the first time in my life, I ate fried eggs, pasta, sausages with spoons. And after the only cleaning, the plates from the room were gone.
6. Cleaning: there is none at all. They don't even take out the trash. During the week of our stay, we were cleaned 1 time, and then after several reminders at the reception. As a result, we rummaged through our belongings, rummaged in the suitcase.
After the "cleaning", the duvet cover and a foot towel were missing.
The garbage was taken out every time after the reminder at the reception.
When they started to get indignant about why they didn't take out the trash in the room, the girl at the reception asked, "did you ask for your room to be cleaned?".Excuse me, but don't 3 stars provide for the fact that the room needs to be cleaned every day?
7. The bathroom door did not close (see photo). The lock is broken. No one was going to fix it.
8. After our arrival, the staff wrote to WhatsApp asking us to put 10 points on the booking. Are you serious? For the money that costs you a room and 1 point is too much.

Very small rooms, only beds fit, no table/table / chair, cleaning every 3 to three days, and even adding a disposable brush / toothpaste / shampoo daily is not included in the service, as a result, I had to buy shampoo in the store. There is no place to eat at the hotel, breakfasts are brought in lunch boxes, and barely warm ones have to be eaten on the bed in the room. During the stay (3 days), one day we were asked to leave the room during the daytime and bedbugs were killed during the absence. In the evening, we slept at 5C with the window open, because we had to breathe this chemistry. In the evening, the pressure of warm water was such that it was not enough to switch the watering can in the shower. Wifi works extremely poorly. Despite the fact that they were asked to make a fiscal receipt / act upon arrival, it was not done in three days, and they had to wait until the evening after departure. But what if we had already left, and without the original documents, we would have to pay for a business trip from our own account. In general, we have not seen such bad hotels for a long time, it does not deserve three stars from the word at all, this is a maximum of 1 check-in. At the same time, 64,000 tenge per room is simply not adequate for such a room and service. We will never come here again, and in general we will reconsider our attitude to the mildom network.

It's a terrible hotel, the worst I've ever seen, although I'm often on business trips.
They killed ants (!?) right during our stay, we had to stay in the city until the evening, then we breathed this chemistry all night and it was for 60,000 tenge per room per day. The food is brought from outside, tasteless, there is no separate place for eating. There is no room in the room at all, you have to constantly stay on the bed or outside the room. The hot water flowed in a trickle for the first two days. Room cleaning every 3 days on request.

Disgusting hotel!! I can't even think of a worse hotel. The rooms, if you can call them that, are dirty, the towels are torn, the bed linen seems to have not been washed for years, everything is stained. The view from the room to the landfill.The staff is not professional, rude, they do not answer questions, they do not respond to requests, they refused to return the money. The breakfasts are imported and it is impossible to eat from there.Some kind of sticky incomprehensible porridge, it's impossible to even make out what kind of dry bread it is. My advice to anyone who is thinking where to move in: it is better to choose a hotel away from the center or more expensive, but to live in comfortable conditions and cleanliness than to come here. We are guests from Aktau, we were looking for a budget hotel, but with a good location. This hotel is just the perfect location and the price tag is affordable. As for the rooms - yes, not Rixos, the rooms are really small, but! The staff is 10 out of 10, clean in the rooms, on any issue - always friendly, always friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to mention "tateshka", a very sincere and pleasant woman, and the guy from the reception. We occupied 2 rooms - the 13th and the 18th, one facing the courtyard, the second facing the city street. There, and there are good rooms, I read reviews that noise interferes - nothing like that! We closed the windows, turned on the air conditioner- and everything is wonderful! There are several complaints only to the owner - you would like to change the ironing board and iron (which is no longer the first youth) to a normal place for ironing and to an ordinary household steamer, as in other hotels. , and change the location of the hair dryer (under the soap dispenser) to a higher hanger! And it turns out that the hair dryer is hanging low, water from the faucet, which is next to it, and liquid soap from the dispenser can get on it.. (just a safety tip). Of the advantages: location, refrigerator, clean showers and bathrooms, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and of course the STAFF. About- small rooms- people staying in hotels like this - do you live there to receive guests or arrange a party?)) Don't you have enough space for a dance floor? Do you sit in your room for days on end?))) For us, we were just going back to sleep, we had enough space. Regarding breakfast: everyone has a different taste, of course, but I would advise you to change the kitchen, which is now. It's not tasty and monotonous! But there are so many delicious food outlets nearby that you can also refuse breakfast at the hotel)

We are guests from Ust Kamenogorsk. A hotel with a good location in the city center. A great place to relax with your family. Quiet, peaceful rooms with all amenities. Breakfast is delicious in the morning, porridge is always hot, there is always yogurt, tea, sugar. Any request is fulfilled instantly. The administrator, when talking on the phone, to put it mildly, lies that no complaints have been received from anyone and we are the first ones here.

A hotel with a terrible attitude towards its visitors. All the sheets and towels are in holes. The rooms were not cleaned upon arrival (around 11 a.m.). To our comments, they offered not to move in, as they would rent to others at a price three times more expensive. There are no full-fledged breakfasts, I had to have breakfast in the nearest cafe. The owner changes the pricing every day according to his wishes. In fact, another hotel of this grid was paid for, but it was settled in the express, because there were no seats in the paid one.
It's not worth your money (75 units per day). We will not check into Mildom hotels anymore

I came for work, stayed 6 nights, during this time the room was never cleaned, linen and towels were not changed! They didn't even take out the trash. The breakfast is just terrible - even the bun was ruined (all greasy in oil, with a disgusting taste).
The receipt was prepared for two days (!) after the eviction. Well, I did not immediately leave Almaty, but just moved.
In general, if you stay for a couple of nights without breakfast, then it's probably normal. But it's not suitable for long stops.
