Disappointing Experience with Staff and Management at Wyndham Garden Astana We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, primarily due to poor customer service and management behavior. Our family had booked and paid for the room until for a few days, but one guest had a shorter stay planned and was leaving one day earlier. Despite the room being fully paid for, the hotel staff called at 12 PM and began insisting that the room must be vacated immediately, stating only one guest was allowed to stay until noon — even though the booking clearly covered the extended period. The remaining guest only stayed until 2 PM, simply waiting for a flight, and caused no inconvenience. What made the situation worse was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the reception staff and management. Rather than handling the matter politely or seeking clarification, they were dismissive and confrontational. The worst part of the situation is inability of management and personal to speak and manage situation politely , it was extremely rude and inappropriate with arrogant attitude You need to train your middle management properly Additionally, the room was not cleaned on that day. The hotel staff provided no explanation or apologies — despite the room being paid for in full. This seems like a basic failure in hospitality service and coordination. Overall, the stay was overshadowed by poor management and a clear lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. There was NO DO NOT DUSTURB SIGN at the door at any time of the day!!!!
