I am always satisfied with the service in the 5th element. Last time I bought a TV. Natalia, the consultant, helped to understand the characteristics of the models, explained what is best suited. I really like that the consultants do not rush, do not insist and answer all questions.

I decided to update the appliances in the kitchen and ordered a blender over the Internet. I liked the delivery and the fact that you can immediately arrange an installment plan. The blender was brought, everything is safe and sound. I am happy with the purchase.

We bought a BEKO washing machine, and after half a year it began to leave stains on clothes. They gave away 5 items for repair, but they magically found nothing.
Almost all the things are ruined, and when asked what to do if they were to repeat it, they replied that they would give it back for examination. Should I wash it with my hands? Or go to the river to do laundry? I didn't buy a typewriter in order to wash things afterwards.
