I bought shoes here several times (winter boots, shoes and moccasins).. The seasons passed without problems (they still look in excellent condition)..similarly, my friends (now we are regular customers of this store)..Shoes made of genuine leather..the price - quality fully justifies itself!..Pleasant, qualified sellers. I recommend it!

I bought winter boots, 01/21/2024, 03/10/2024 in one, the sole answered almost completely , at 2m it began to fly away . The merchandiser works once a week, on Thursday, without a merchandiser, no one will return the money to you, in total you will walk without shoes with this store ( chain of stores) I do not recommend, wasted nerves and time. What are the shoes that the service is not of high quality

We fell for the seller's stories and purchased "super-quality" Italian brand sandals on 03/23/2023 at 14:00 (Fri). After 15 minutes of staying in them on the street, they simply tore, even an incompetent will determine that this is a marriage (the skin is poorly stitched). Accordingly, we went to take it urgently, stood at the checkout with a box on the same day, but at about 17:40. The seller accepted, but did not return the money for the "obvious marriage", because an examination was needed confirming that it was still a marriage. In this store, experts work only on Thursdays, which also raises many questions. Accordingly, we were left with negative impressions, because the shoes were bought and returned in one day, the money was not returned, but only obliged to wait for the next Thursday for the sake of examination, although, I repeat once again, the marriage is on the face. In expensive barefoot shoes, they could not even faithfully stitch the junction on the back. The seller looked surprised and could only pronounce the memorized phrase "this is the first time in our practice", they laughed and handed it over, of course, refusing to take it in exchange. Before you leave decent money there, think 100 times whether they sell you high-quality shoes. The situation was similar with winter shoes, but the boots lasted about 2 weeks there (both laughter and sin). In general, I shared my experience, and it's up to you to choose whether to buy. Also think about the fact that the store has its own expert (maybe it's just the owner, I don't know, I'm not claiming).
