I was not a local, Viktoriya Bezabtazova could provide me with the inside scoop on schools, neighborhoods and more. Even from the area, they may know details about zoning or taxes that I din’t know about. Scrolling through listing photos just isn't the same as viewing a property in person. My agent worked with a home's listing agent or owners to schedule showings. She also filed me on anything she learned about the sellers or the property from that communication. After I've found a home I wanted to buy, my agent advised me on how much to offer and what contingencies to include in the contract, based on the property and an analysis of the market. Viktoriya explained the contract terms, answered my questions and walked me through each step of the process. Viktoriya Bezabtazova informed me of the seller's response to my offer and advised me on the next steps, such as whether to accept a seller's counteroffer or negotiate on price and terms. Last,Viktoriya Bezabrazova helped me weather the highs and lows of the homebuying process. In addition the agent Company "Vladis" provided me with a credit broker Evgeniy . He is professional on his job. Very polite and helpful even after ending the process I call him for asking advise. Buying a home often gets pretty emotional.
